Suppose you have to stay one night. It is manageable. The room was not as clean as I expected. No sunshine no fresh air in the room. I don't recommend staying in Pisa. Just visit and travel somewhere else. Transportation is so easy.

Didn't like the Room.too small,no balcony. Checking in details were sent in Italian. Bathroom door only locks with our Room Key,leaving one person in a unlocked room,only locks from the outside, so someone had to stand out side while we went to the loo or took a shower. Never again 😒

It was quite the experience, first of all when you arrive you need to send the owner id and tourist tax. There will be a poster in the main door with all the instructions to send id on an email. Then call the owner and he is telling me send me the receipt of the bank transfer because he won’t open the door until he sees that. After that I enter and walk to the 1st floor. There were four key holders with locks. The one which the owner assigned to me was empty. There was no key. I called him and he’s asking me to wait. A lady was coming to sort the situation. After 5 minutes a lady comes with keys. Ok i think problem solved. But no she opens my room and find an utter mess, clothes everywhere and not cleaned. Ok then she starts to panic and calls the owner. She tells him what is this horror and disaster. He told her to check another room. She opens the other room and finds dirty linen. She was panicking, then called the owner again and told her to clean the room at 9:30 pm. This poor lady is rushing to clean the room and change the linens. I felt sorry for her but, they screwed up in the bookings. Overall a disaster, just needed a place to stay for a few hours to catch a flight in the morning.

Location is great close to the airport just a 13 minute walk.

The key to the main door before our room was very difficult to open. Mosquitos were a problem in the room and around the building on the night we stayed. There was no toilet tissue the bathroom. We avoided using the shower. A couple of times the main door to be building was left open. We were only there for one evening and found it left open a few times. The main front door to the building needed slamming to close properly. There was no one in person is able to help or advise with anything. Only via email and communication is in Italian. So check in almost took 2 hours via email communication.

The door were very noisy and could hear guests throughout the night coming in and slamming the doors. The key to the main door before our room was very difficult to open. There was no hot water and the water came out brown at one point. Mosquitos were a problem on one of the nights we got very bad mosquitos bites that required medicine. The first aid box needs restocking with plasters and maybe some mosquito spray. Many times the main door to be building was left open and it made the place feel very unsecured.

The bed was very comfortable. It was what we needed for our trip. It was in good location. Super close to the train station. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean and pleasant.

No water at all, hot or cold, one day. The bathroom would maybe need some renovation. Bathroom lock was tricky.

It was not explicit to us the bathroom was shared, since in the first lines of the ad it says "WC" and only after a while it says "Shared bathroom". If you want a bedroom with private bathroom look for "private bathroom" and be aware the bathroom is not in the room. Noisy and no hot water in one of the days we stayed in.

Good location. Host allowed to leave the bags in a secured location before check-in.

Shared bathroom that you needed to queue for, no separate toilet. No hot water morning or evening and no instructions for hot water.

Lovely clean room, comfortable bed fresh linen. Use of kitchen though it was on a different floor. Parking, although extra payment is required and difficult to book when WiFi is patchy.

At the begining it looks abandoned.Nobody is there make sure you pay city tax already you need to set up an Iban bank transfer and also send your passports across. That will make your check in smoother. It is a shared apartment. Bathroom was shared and in the morning when everyone's getting ready to goto the airport that was hard. No hot water when we had a shower. Host is kind and bed are comfortable for the one night we stayed there it did what it needed to do. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was extremely small, luckily me and my wife are pretty small people so we could sleep like that. The entrance to the house feels like an escape room,it was very hard to understand by yourself how to self check in. They offer someone to help you with that for 20 euros, we think it's a rip-off. The location is very far away from the city center. There is no air conditioner, only a fan.

The apartment is located 7 minutes walk from the train station, which makes it convenient for tourists without a vehicle. There's a kitchen and a fridge.

communication with the owner, nobody there when we arrived in the evening so we had to ask a local restaurant to ring them so we could get in, then they charged us a late checkin fee of 10 EUROS !

Sounds travel well in the building. Everything echos no matter how soft the sound. Bathroom has pink mold on shower curtain. No toilet paper. Room had rug that smells like dog. People smoking on terrace. Kitchen was one floor up. You need an engineer degree to turn on the stove. No microwave. Pots very to thin. You need complicated instructions to open kitchen door. All instructions are in Italian. Instructions for anything was not clear and missing important parts. Key to bathroom fit two bathroom doors so I was using the wrong one by mistake. Door in room to terrace was locked up with no keys. Everything was unnecessarily difficult. The water heater has to be turned on to take a shower. You need to clean the bathroom from the last person who used it. Hope I don't get a fungus. A pump runs on and off all night. To get to the room you have to unlock 3 doors, like Maxwell Smart or something. Bus stop nearby but you must walk half a mile away to buy the ticket.

It was cheap. Near trains. The stairs and hallway are clean.

We had difficulty finding the location. as it was not on the street but up a laneway with no lights. No staff were at the property and we were requested to send a copy of our passports to someone to gain access to an entry code, all the time doing this in the dark with no lights. In addition, the bathroom was in a hallway and not in our bedroom. However, worse was to come when the owner knocked on our door at 12.30 am demanding 3 euro and refused to wait until the morning. Never ever again will we use that site and it gives Booking.com a poor reputation for teaming up with such amateurs.

Unclear checkin procedure having to mail id cards before receiving the code, feels a bit weird standing in front of a building that looks abandoned No Wifi code in the room. People banging on our door at 01:30 trying to enter our room in the midle of the night claiming its theirs. Bathroom is actualy not in same room but accesed via the halway.

I had trouble when I checked in. I couldn't call the host to let him know I arrive (my cell phone was under limited service). Finally, I used the public phone, so I could check-in. The restroom is separated from the main room. It is inconvenient to use it. Most doors are wood, so it made noisy several times when peoples come inside and go outside.

The room we got was very small. The shared bathroom was on a total different floor which was not specified on the description. Also the very small room did not have air-con. Only a fan. Very hot and miss leading description.

First think is we get 10% of toilet paper, Water for shower is imposible to make to be right One second cold water one second hot . You need to hold button for shower to run the water, Balcony was full of sand ao if you like to be on the balcony you need to clean first No gas for cooking , so you cannot make nothing for eat, only microwawe..... We get 4 towels all white, but one was yellow in the middle like was dirty.. This is my opion and we travel a lot with family bit this is the worst "apartment" by far.
