Bathroom - everything got soaked. Was a shower curtain but was useless. Decor dated. Very strong smell of cleaning products everywhere, could be triggering for someone with bad asthma.

Location to Milan Central train station.

Thin walls, but they have signs everywhere asking people to be respectful. It's not the hotel's fault that people aren't courteous.

The location was perfect for our needs as we just needed an overnight stop before taking the train the next day. Literally right across the street from Central train station. They gave exceptional instructions on finding them, so even coming in from the airport by train, it was very easy.

The room had a strong air freshener smell on the sheets, pillows, that was too strong it triggered my asthma and made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise it’s perfect

Small bed, bathroom had no place to rest the soap, the light in the bathroom could not be left switched on overnight without a noise - so I slept in total darkness.

The staff are good and courteous, the room is clean, and the location is strategic.

The amount of outlets to charge electronics were inconveniently far away from the bed and there weren't enough at the desk . Also, when you close the drapes, the drapes block the air conditioner from blowing cool air into the room. We had to pin the drapes shorter otherwise the room got really warm.

The room was a good size for two people and the room was clean.

We were in a suite on the 1st floor. Felt like we were in the middle of a commercial office block. The rooms on the 3rd floor were much more like a hotel. Hotel is in a much larger building which is not in great condition

Decoration a bit drab/dark but nothing else really.

i like this location as it's very close to the main station and late train arrival and also metro. It's also very quiet less touristy but main sites are accessible by metro from nearby station. Breakfast was good. Great selection of food. Also this is the first hotel ive stayed in which has offered a large room and large single bed for a single booking. Mostly hotels give you tiny rooms and a tiny bed and bathroom . This room and amenities were a very good size for a single occupancy. Well done. I appreciated this.

The room had some drawbacks, especially considering the summer heat. The main air conditioning unit was not working, and while they did provide a small portable AC and an extra table fan, it wasn’t quite enough to cool the room adequately. This made it a bit uncomfortable at times, especially during peak heat hours. For the price paid, I did expect better climate control and overall value.

This property located in the Vitruvio building on the 3rd floor, just a short walk from Milan Central Station, the location is truly excellent for travelers. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and an additional sofa which added to the convenience. The bathroom was spotless and fully stocked with toiletries, which I appreciated. Another highlight was the staff at reception during the morning hours the girls were friendly, polite, and very helpful.

Room looked nothing like in the pictures online. Curtains hanging off the rail. Not in an area I would feel comfortable walking around at night but was only 1 night stay for easy access to Milan Centrale Station

As we said only the lift operation.

The location was excelent and the staff very nice. The room was cleaned. There was only one problem with the lift that while it was lifting up and down, there were big jolts. For us with our son having passed a spinal excamination in the morning it created some problems as due to big and strong jolts he was feeling pains and we were abliged to go through the stairs and avoid using the elevator in particular when going down. Maybe it will be good for the owners of the bulding to repare/change the elevator to have a more smoth stop between the floors or when stoping. The rest it was ok. Staff very nice and ready to provide the assistance.
