Nothing everything was great

Really nice spacious apartment. The apartment on the ground floor had a nice sized patio and yard and beautiful views of the pool and lake. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Really nice with well stocked kitchen. Located very close to the lake and walking distance to restaurants and the town. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool and whirlpool was nice. Plenty of chairs for sunning and laying out. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

We had apartment C201 and there was a very, very high annoying noise from some tecnical waterpipes inside the wall 24 hours a day. We asked if it could be turned off at least from 23.00 to 07.00 hours but nothing happened.

The apartment is outstanding with perfect wiev over the lake.

Highly recommended. Comfortable and clean, ideal for a family of 4. Very big and exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood and beautiful view of the lake from the terrace. The swimming pool is a big plus, it is a perfect place to relax. It is also a good starting location if you want to visit other places around.

A few kitchen utensils were missing and there was no dish soap or scotch tape to wash the dishes And the mattress in the bed was too soft - it didn't suit us The towels in the pool cost money

In winter time, tbe heater was not very effective.

Very nice resort by the lake. The room was very clean and new. The self check in was very easy with clear instructions. There is a parking included in the room.

Somehow the internet was a little confusing/difficult to access and i also was a bit surprised that there was just a roll of toilet paper for 3 people 2 days :D

Fantastic location, very well equipped apartments. Breakfast was also good. it really had it all for an extended weekend with the family. Great pools and very close to the lido which is big and has a park for children and a bar/restaurant. Also the apartments have parking which is great. We literally just walked around the whole time. Really, really enjoyed our time and we will surely be back!

People were allowed to take drinks and bottles in the jacuzzi then monopolise it for a long time.

Quite a lot of dust in the blankets which was a bit of an issue because of the allergies.

Location is great, terrace was a perfect place for morning coffee. Well though check-in process, we arrived around midnight and had no issues whatsoever.

That the pool closed already Oct 2. Weather on Oct 3 was still nice and we were hoping for 1 more day.... But we understand that usually it closes already end of Sep. So rather wishful thinking than a complaint.

We booked very short notice (same day as arrival), response and communication re self-check-in was very fast and smooth. Stephania at reception was very friendly and helpful. Appartment was very spacious, modern and clean. Free parking in garage in basement.
