Check in is at the main reception … 100 euro deposit which was fine. But trying to get it back and check out took over an hour . The way they check you out needs to be reviewed. You have to go to reception hand in the keys and wait for the cleaner to go to the apartment check it over and then they release the deposit. Now we checked out when no one was there. Can you just imagine when everyone from the two hotels and all the rest of the resort is checking out.. what a nightmare. Can someone in management change the system please.. This part of the resort is on a hill. Eden is on the flat. The car park does not have trolleys to bring your bags from the car up the hill to your residence so the carrying and the hike is a bit much to the door of the residence. Even taking the trash is a hike with the bags.

This resort is lovely. This is the first time staying at the golf residence . We normally stay at the hotel. It has changed a bit since we last stayed so it’s nice to see the updates. The resort is lovely and quiet. White everything you need. Area lovely and clean. Everything worked in the apartment. The apartment is solid and beautiful inside. Like being home. Water lovely and hot. Plenty of towels. But bring your own cleaning items and bags for rubbish. Also bring toilet roll as there is only two rolls. Highly recommend the Eden apartments and having dinner in the park hotel its delicious …

The bathroom was dirty when we arrived, a strange smell in the apartment, like in the old houses The bed creaks, alot, so it was a bit annoying. You could see the walls were recently painted white, but the furniture is old and they don't really clean well, so that's why is has a funny smell. They should probably air the rooms more.

I liked the indoor pool and the sauna, the first day it was heated, the next not so much, but we arrived at 6 and they close at 8, so maybe they turned off the heat a bit early, anyway it was acceptable. The gardens were beautifull.

There was shuttered glass on our balcony when we checked in. We called after cleaning crew but they never cleaned it up.

The pool were great. Though it closes 8pm. The entertainer at the pool were absolutely fantastic. They entertained every guests that wish to join the activities and they were all very polite. Good work to the pool entertainer. There’s a shuttle bus that will drive you to the city and pick you up as well. Very easy access transportation.

Was hard to get a turn at the washing machine, only one is available on site. Was a bit of smell in the kitchen, couldn't find the source of it.

Family of 4, stayed in 2 bed appartment in August. Spacious accomodation, multiple choices of pools on site, good restaurant with take away option available, bus service to town was handy.

All the games near the swimming pool are not allowed to people under 18 years old. Ping pong, water football, etc. This is ridiculous! Despite the fact that the territory is really big, there's no place where you can have a walk. No branches or something like that. Price in the local bar are very high. Little bottle of juice is 4€. The territory around the swimming pool is dirty. Someone's socks have been laying on the ground for several days. Plus other trash.

Looks nice on the outside, but many systems are poorly designed and not transparent. They require a €100 cash deposit upon check-in and give you only a paper slip as proof. If you lose the slip, you lose your money — no name, no signature, no digital record. This is a risky and outdated system that Booking should seriously review. They refused to place a hold on my card and insisted on cash, claiming Booking doesn’t support damage charges. That’s not true in our experience with other properties. The kitchen is not equipped for real use — no salt, oil, sponge, or dish soap. The bed wasn’t properly made (just a thin blanket in a sheet), and there was no hairdryer available, even after offering a deposit. Hot water in the shower came in waves — sometimes hot, sometimes freezing. When reported, the staff said “you should’ve told us earlier.” But I shouldn’t have to be your system tester — I expect the basics to work. Our laundry was locked in the laundry room overnight and the staff refused to help — until we posted a negative Google review, and suddenly someone with keys appeared. Coincidence? Maybe. But it says a lot. Overall, very inefficient check-in/out, a lack of transparency, and a general feeling that guest convenience is not a priority.

The accommodation was not very clean. The old furniture probably reminded the owners of the need to replace it 10 years ago. In our suite equipped with a kitchen there were no sponges for washing dishes, no chemicals, no kitchen towels. There was no Wi-fi in the suite, which is somehow unthinkable for the end of 2024 and a civilized country. The building with our apartment was located very far from the reception, you can hardly get around without a car. If you like digital detox and long walks, you might like the place.

The weather during the vacation was wonderful! On the plus side we can mention the small number of hotel guests (off season).

There might be some dish soap and sponge to clean the dishes but as being said, the store is really close to buy these kind of things. I missed some extra instructions about all the amenities that are available within the location, opening hours and access. It was just a quick intro at the reception desk.

I liked the location because it was close to Gardaland and we were able to visit the park within the range of few kilometers. There is also a bigger store close for whatever you might need to buy. That's important for me travelling with a small child. Overall, we were happy with the stay!

‏‪– 1.The kitchen was not equipmented as showed in the pictures and the explenation especially we order the place due to the big freezer and we had only mini bar so we have to dell a lot with that. 2. No wifii in the appartment!!! And it was clasified as free wifii.. 3. Laundry service cost money and have a short term during the day‬‏
