Everything went well: the very efficient check-in (despite our late arrival), the secure parking, the very decent breakfast, the check-out. Hotel is conveniently located close to the highway (but not too close, we could not hear nor see it) .

Location is too far away from the city and breakfast is repetitive. The air conditioning is temperature controlled by the reception at 23 degrees minimum so if you need it to be any cooler then reception would need to be contacted each time regardless of the thermostat in the room.

The quadruple room size was decent and so was the condition of the hotel and parking. Staff, specially Mimo, was excellent.

The hotel was 4* but looks 3*. It has potential but the interior looks tired and needs refreshing. The sofa and armchairs in our room looked stained and old. One of the rooms we were initially booked into smelled of cigarettes- it wasn't a fresh smell but rather ingrained in the furniture. It was quickly resolved and we were given another room on the same floor but not next to the children.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious, beds large and comfortable. The hotel is situated just above a supermarket which was handy when we needed to stuck on supplies before leaving

Conveniently located en route from Linate airport to other parts of Italy. We arrived late it wasnt a problem. Very spacious rooms - we slept 4 in a family room with pleant of space around. Good breakfast with lots of different options.

The bathroom was clean but there's limestone accumulation in difficult to clean corners. The €30 pet surcharge is the highest I've ever paid, and it's just for the extra cleaning. In other hotels with a lower surcharge we got bowls, treats, even pillows. The man at checkout was not very friendly, didn't even ask how our stay had been. The parking barrier stayed open the whole time, so no added security. It didn't look very safe.

Breakfast with different types of croissants, pastries and cakes. Ham and cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, yogurt, canned fruit. Big room with enough space to walk around, and enough storage space for clothes for prolonged stays. No traffic noise at all, and no noise from surrounding rooms and corridor. Pay attention to signs when you arrive, the entrance to the parking is indicated but it can be tricky when it's dark or when it's busy around the shopping mall. €129 for the room including breakfast and parking is a great rate.

Bathroom was a bit older and the shower was leaking everywhere. We also had a “kitchen” in the room, but it was half-broken with a sign to not use it. Location is in very end of city, so you need car to go anywhere.

It was lower price than average, so we dis not expect much. Breakfast was fine but nothing extra. Beds in the room were clean. They have private garage, but it dis not seems to be very safe.

The fee for a pet is €30 per night, it is not disclosed when you do the reservation. It's doble than the normal rate in comparable hotels and cities, it would be great to know the fee in advance.
