Communication with hosts was a little slow at times. Room very small.

Great value for money and good access to La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. Hosts responsive when it counted.

but you shouldn't stay inside during the day as it is very small. the price was a bit expensive for what you get.. just a room with beds and toilets.. for the same price you can get a whole apartment outside the city.

it's a good place to spend a night or two for traveling in the area. location is ok.

Walked into the room,and it smelt beautiful and clean. The owner and staff were helpful and accommodating. Close to the train station and main part of town, supermarket around the corner. Great value for money.

You have to find parking space in the streets, and its almost impossible in late hours. shower drain was clogged.

AWFUL check in process. We were left outside the apartment block, waiting to check in for ages. It was all very disorganised & messy. I rang the phone number outside the apartment block & the girl either kept declining the call or when she did answer, she was not being helpful or attentive. We were finally met by a man who took us inside to the apartment block. He was rushing around & appeared very stressed. This delayed check in meant that we missed our evening train into Cinque Terre, which was something which we were both reallly looking forward towards. Our awful check in experience, definitely tainted the experience staying at the apartment. Whilst the facilities were great & clean, the whole check in process is very disorganised

Amazing! Excellent location, you can walk to the train station. There are bakeries and restaurants nearby, and the value for money is great. The staff is also very friendly! Thank you for everything!!! If we come back to Cinque Terre, this will definitely be our place again. 😍

2 nights. 2 rooms. 1st one, dirty towels (poop stains on towels, see picture), shower’s water was going from extremely hot to freezing all the time. No WiFi. I contacted the staff they offered us to change room which we accepted. 2nd room was half the size, A/C was noisier than an aircraft, WiFi still didn’t work, I had to reboot 3 times the rooter but still didn’t work. I told the manager about that, she said I was too dumb to type in the password. Lastly, weird noises came out of the sink ALL NIGHT, with water and dirty stuff, I unfortunately can’t post the video as we can only share pictures here. To finish, neighboorhood is really dirty and unsecure, you feel like in India or Pakistan. RUN AWAY

Horrible parking situation. We checked in late in the evening and could barely find parking blocks away from hotel. The rooms were extremely hot, no elevator. We were told that our rooms were on 1st floor, we had to walk 2 flight of stairs to get to the rooms. Got different room than the picture. Also, on top of everything, was asked to pay 12.50 euros for city tax.

Very close to La Spezia central station which is very important for Cinque Terre travel. Less than 10 minutes walk. Clean and comfortable. Good host. Overall, value for money. Highly recommended.
