Located in the city center; breakfast is served in the restaurant that can be found on the ground floor. That restaurant is great and service is exceptional.

The location of the hotel literally can't be beat. Smack-dab in the center of old town and walkable to everything in town. Plus it 's got some great curb appeal (see photos). Rooms were clean and neatly designed and if you're on the back side, the views are incredible. Make sure you try the complimentary apples - they were delicious!!

The hotel is in the middle of town and the main tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. The room was very large and clean. As the windows opened to the street, it was initially a bit noisy but it quieted down quickly. I would definitely come back.

The location is excellent! The owner and front office manager, Eros, were very helpful and professional. I truly enjoyed my short stay in Brixen!

Too pricey for the quality, it should be only 3 stars. Very small wellness. Furniture in the bedroom a bit old and one hears the neighbors and noise from the street. Didn’t tell us that the bathing robes needed to be paid extra (5 euro each, only one size). One gets a very different impression by looking at the hotel website, as if it were a fancy hotel. It definitely is not.

Great location. Good that they have an own parking lot. Tasty food and nice staff at the restaurant, they have gluten free options. Big bedroom.

Great location close to restaurants & shopping. Beautiful views were a bonus! They accommodated 10 bicyclists with overnight storage. Very helpful staff & delicious breakfast.

We stayed in the family room which was very spacious however the back room was very stuffy. The room does not have air conditioning and the day was very warm so the room was very warm. We had all the windows open which helped cool down the front room but then you had to contend with outside noise. There was a fan in the room which helped circulate the air but if you plan on staying during hot months, the room will be warm.

The property was centrally located and the interior/exterior was very nice.

I am an architect. So this is a design-comment: some materials chosen by the designers could have been different, but only because in my opinion an hotel need materials easy to maintain clean. But cleaniness was absolutely satisfactory.

The staff is super welcoming, friendly and open to requests. It really was an added unexpected value. Good people really make a difference! Plus, they offer super good local apples! ;) Make sure you get a room with terrace. They are really great. overlooking the mountains and the city.

Our room was right above the kitchen which was ok since we stayed only for a night. Extra fee for bath robe and no slippers. Room was rather old but still fine. All in all we had a great stay at the hotel.

There was work going on and we had 2 rooms with scaffold and we couldn't use the balcony. For breakfast we had to ask for cups, the bacon was always running out and it took ages for more to come, it was ok aprt from that.. Parking was a slight issue but again it did get sorted.

Very central location, clean rooms, and quiet 🤫 staff were friendly and rooms comfortable once we got the heat turned down. We were able to use the local swimming pool through a free brixen card, which was great for the kids.
