How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

No washing machine or any kind of cooking. Just good to sleep and toilet yes.
Two minutes from the Central Railway Station. Very basic facilities. Common fridge hot plate etc not very defile. If you ate totally eating outside, ok.

Noisy toilets and too thin walls/doors
The room was spacious with comfortable beds, large bathroom, everything clean. However would be nice if there was a kettle, if not in every room but at least at the entrance, so that it would be possible to have a cup of tea. Another thing is you can hear everything little noise coming from nearby rooms and when guests arrive at night you wake up, every time any neighbor uses toilet, you wake up (toilets are very noisy), people speaking, you wake up. Happily we stayed only for one night, since we had late arrival to Rome and preferred an apartment close to Termini. The host was polite, met us after 22:00

A tiny smell
We stayed at this property in October, for us it was perfect because we only needed one night. The location was perfect, literally ( almost) at the Rome Termini. For location is just after you passed the restaurant Chengdu, is the entrance of the hotel. It’s located in a busy street, but after closed the windows it was fine. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a budget accommodation and if you are going to be out whole day is also a good option. The bed was perfect done and very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also clean, but is a bit old-and very simple-nothing wrong with that either. There is a bit of smell, which I was unable to distinguish but it was not too uncomfortable. I guess depends on the time of the year, such as weather, it may be a different experience.

The room inside is clean however the common area cleanliness can be improved.

Location next to the Roma Termini train station. All the main attractions are 30 min walking from the hotel. Nice hotel,central,clean rooms

The hotel itself within the building was a little tricky to initially find, but with help from calling the number provided, we were directed very quickly.
The room was clean, very basic but I didn’t expect much paying what we did. It was very close to the station.

The bathroom smelled of stale cabbage. There was dry rot around the bathroom door and architrave. One of the bath towels had a hole the size of a €2- coin. The towels were threadbare.

The area is very dirty and full of homeless people. A bit scary in the night, but there were police around.
Was a good price for a place that is very near to the city center. If you are lucky/pacient it is possible to park in the same street. The parking needs to be paid but is not expensive and it is possible to select as many hours as you want.

Had a good experience with the room. It was exactly like it's announced in the add. Staff was very friendly and they answered all of my doubts and questions. The room is simple but it was nice and clean.

You get for what you pay. It’s cheap and near the train station- perfect place for one night. The room is big, bathroom must be renovated but it was clean.
