As with many places in Sicily, the hot water tank is not huge so you just need to be aware not to have the water blasting out or you will use it up quickly!

Fantastic apartment in the centre of Agrigento close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Very comfortable bed and good heating. Our host was extremely nice and made herself available for anything we needed. We were welcomed with Sicilian desserts and a little bottle of prosecco. Parking was free in some areas close by and we parked in the street behind the building. Roomy shower and good hot water. Although the apartment was in the city centre it was generally quiet with just some traffic noise which stopped overnight. Very spacious bedroom, separate living room, two balconies, and cute, cosy kitchen with everything you need.

Our home at Golden House for a month was a delightful experience. The spaciousness of the apartment, its cleanliness, and well-equipped amenities were impressive. Despite being centrally located, just a minute's walk from Atenea Street bustling with restaurants and shops, the place was remarkably quiet. The comfortable, large bed with pristine linens, along with the sizable bathrooms furnished with soft and clean towels, added to our comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing for cooking or just breakfast preparation. The safe neighborhood permitted leisurely nighttime strolls, and the proximity to the bus and train stations can make traveling convenient for anyone (there are many parking places if you rent a car). The sizeable balconies were perfect for relaxing with a book or coffee in the mornings. Tiziana, our host, was exceptional - friendly, helpful, and always available for assistance. Her responsiveness and problem-solving skills made our stay memorable. We were grateful for the warm welcome and support received, making it our best vacation yet. We are definitely planning a return trip to Agrigento due to the wonderful experience we had at Golden House.

We liked everything here

This is an entire apartment, which is close to everything like the train station and the center of town. Tiziana is a fabulous host and was committed to our comfort. She is super friendly and her communication is great as well. The apartment has two nice sized patios, a nicely appointed kitchen, and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. This was also a good value.

It was perfection. We couldn’t have asked for more!

A beautiful, large apartment located close to the center of town. Everything is walkable. We have never met such gracious hosts! We were held up more than 2 hours by the rental car company & they waited for us. When we arrived they had a bottle of wine & 2 delicious desserts ready for us. The apartment is well organized, spotless, and has 2 balconies! There is a washing machine & drying rack which is very handy. It rained one day & our host texted to make sure we were okay & not stuck out in the rain. There were also recommendations for excellent restaurants!

Very well located apartment close to all transport and also quiet. The old city is also on the doorstep. Hosts are extremely helpful and the apartment is large and well-appointed. Thanks for a lovely stay. Note that Google maps does not locate the property well, so take note of instructions!

Big whole apartment , bedroom, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms, well decorated, clean, very well equipped with everything you can imagine. Close to the center., parking in front of the building, bus stop around the corner. What can you wish for more? Wonderful., helpful host. Highly recommend it. Hope the next guests will appreciate and take care of this gem.

Great location and the value. Very clean apartment, hosts are very friendly and always here to help you if you need anything. Bed and pillows are super comfortable so after a long day of exploring and walking is a great benefit. Check in went smoothly and at the time I requested. As a complementary I had a small bottle of Prosecco that was a super surprise. Great place for solo travelers or 2 people, apartment is spacious and has everything you need, coffee, tea, small snacks for breakfast, washing machine, two balconies. Thanks for being such a great hosts and made my stay in Agrigento very pleasant

The apartment was bigger than I expected and better equipped. The location was very central and especially close to the main street for restaurants etc. Parking was OK and I managed to find a free parking space outside the block most times.

NO HEAT! We had to ask for heat to be turned on and were told it only comes on after 8 pm. We were very cold in the apartment during the day and finally had to ask again for heat one afternoon and they turned the heat on before 8 pm. You should not be renting out a property and not let the visitor control the heat. My wife was very cold and unhappy with the stay. Parking: I asked in advance about parking and they made it sound easier than it was. It might have been a language/translation problem. Free parking in front of the building was full most of the time. Paid parking was available but I did not want to figure out when to pay or go out at 8 am to pay again for the new day. We parked free 'behind the building' but ended up 5-6 minute walk away up the hill to find a free spot. Not great for returning at 11 pm from dinner. City parking is always difficult - I understand - but they made it sound like it was easy and it was not Breakfast food was not great.

The neighbor who took care of hosting was wonderful. The apartment was nice. Very big and 2 full bathrooms. The location was excellent. Very easy to drive to and walk into town of Agrigento. We were going to stay in Favara because of family that lives there but very happy we stayed in Agrigento instead
