Very large bedroom with great spa

Such a nice and clean hotel. It felt luxurious and it was beautiful. Everything about this hotel was great. The receptionist at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

15 % discount on all services was given to us on arrival,we forgot about it in the restaurant and asked after payment was made if we could use it,they apologised and could not redeem the difference as we paid on credit card and not charged to or room,we asked again at breakfast and the said breakfast was not included but the voucher said all services

Clear,room was spacious, comfortable, restaurant Lapillo was excellent, staff in the restaurant were excellent, did the 7 course set menu,was a wonderful experience,

The area the hotel is in is a little run down (this is not the fault of the hotel) but certainly seems like an up and coming vibe. Connections were a little tricky so we stuck to taxis. Therefore if we could put a 9.5 we would.

Hotel was spotless with a variety of staff always busy either cleaning or talking to guests. It felt very modern considering some of the other hotels in south Italy (most hotels tend to feel dated). We used the spa facility and it was fantastic, we had the whole spa to ourselves almost the whole time. Rooms were very spacious. Staff took the time to speak to us and explain everything, even the best way to use the ferry. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Rooms had plenty of features and beds were very comfortable. Staff at the spa were also welcoming. Overall a very relaxing stay and would certainly come back.

The location was where we needed, but there isn’t really anything else nearby, no restaurants etc.

The hotel was perfect for us. We wanted somewhere on the right side of town for Pompeii and Herculaneum. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel was clean and exactly what we needed. We appreciated the shuttle bus in to town.

Nothing to complain about other than the location not being the best, but we knew that going in

The location wasn’t the best, the area was a little run down and far from activities. But definitely walkable if my husband with a bad knee can do it.

The rooms were excellent, the staff were friendly, and helpful, the rooftop bar and restaurant was stunning (if not a tad on the expensive side, but still a pleasure)

Unfortunately the location in Naples is not good. The hotel itself stands out in a sketchy neighborhood.

Location is a bit off the center . Shuttle from city center to hotel stops at 18:00. So you have to call a taxi to go back to the hotel.

It’s very new and clean, facilities are very good including a spa.

Just stayed for a night while transiting. Told them we were on our honeymoon and they gave us a surprise. Even brought pizza to our room when I planned on picking it up myself. They went over and beyond. The hotel itself is 10/10 as well. Loved the aesthetics of the corridors.

The hotel is very luxurious, clean and all the staff were very professional. A welcoming gift of 15% towards facilities (spa) and the full mini bar being €10 was amazing. The hotel also ran a free mini bus shuttle into Naples, our driver Mauro was extremely friendly and informative. The hotel boasts a decent gym, rooftop bar and exceptional value for money. I would recommend highly and would stay here again. Thank you for a little bit of luxury!

In general, the spa is free for the guests who live there. But the hotel charge 35 euro for 2 hours. It is not too expensive and the facilities of spa are great.

The area around the hotel is not very nice but we just stayed overnight for a flight out the next day and we stayed at the hotel only I did notice they have a free shuttle to downtown which would be very convenient

Stayed here for its convenience to the airport but we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel. We had dinner in the upstairs restaurant- great view , great food, great staff! We used the gym in the morning which was well equipped and my husband even had a great massage in the spa!
