The location

AC works really bad

The apartment was 2 minutes from the beach called “Pane and Pomodoro”,2 minutes from train station called “Marconi” and 35 minutes walk from old town.Around supermarket, coffee shops and park. We stayed 5 nights ,twice they cleaned room and change towels ,every day they cleaned common area.Apartment has 6 rooms and two bathrooms ,it was not bad ,we never waited so long for bathroom.Easy check in ,when you arrive call the owner he will come in one minute.Just let you know owner doesn’t answer any massage before you call them when you in front the apartment in Bari.

The bathroom was little bit dirty and you need wait for someone to come and give keys, so the area it’s oky but is impossible to parking close

There was a room for me. Nothing else was good though.

The host kept calling me at midnight to get me open the door and didn't understand even though I said I'm sleeping. There was so much noise and because of that, I slept really bad. The bathroom smelled like pee and there were stains. Horrible place to stay.

Cleaness, near see

The location was ok - a bit out of the way but close to shops and the waterfront.

Well, for starters, I didn’t like that when I tried to speak to the management of the property about the issues with the property, and said I’d like to make things right, I didn’t receive any reply. That’s quite unprofessional. So what I didn’t like was this: The single room in the property is not good. The only window in the room is above the door, and it faces directly onto a motion sensor light that is incredibly bright, and lights up the entire room whenever anyone walks by. The room is also directly next to the bathroom, so all night, whenever anybody went to the bathroom, the light turned on in my room. I tried to wear an eye mask to block out the light, but it’s so bright, it still woke me up. And hey, I travel a lot for work, I’ve stayed in some really cheap accommodations that were not well cared for, please don’t interpret this as me just being an overly sensitive person. I can sleep on trains, planes, busses, just about anywhere. This was exceptionally bad. I’ve never had a situation where a light that bright lit up my room all night. In addition to this, there’s no sound proofing in the whole property. So the quality of your stay will depend entirely on the other guests. I was staying in this property as part of a work visit to the university, so I needed to get a good nights sleep. The other guests were up talking, listening to music, showering at all hours of the night. And honestly, they weren’t being too obnoxious about it, the blame isn’t entirely with the other guests. It’s that the building materials used to construct the walls of the flat were just so poor, we might as well have been sleeping in one big open room, as I could hear everything that was going on. When people were showering next to my room at 3am, I could hear them shampooing their hair (of course after the super bright light lit up my room on their way to the bathroom). And I might expect that from a place that charges half the price, but not for the price point I paid.

It is great location had sea view balcony. & Very comfortable mattresses. I had a good time.

For the price we paid, it was a good choice. The location was nice and quiet, relatively close to the center of Bari( 15 minutes), and just a few minutes from Marconi Station, where you can take a train to Polignano a Mare and also Bari Centrale.

The first impression was not so good, I would say. We called the phone number 20 minutes before our arrival because I read here that everyone has to wait around 20 minutes. However, when we arrived, no one was there, and we had to wait another 20 minutes. The bathroom could be more clean and toilet paper was missing.
