The first impression was not so good, I would say. We called the phone number 20 minutes before our arrival because I read here that everyone has to wait around 20 minutes. However, when we arrived, no one was there, and we had to wait another 20 minutes. The bathroom could be more clean and toilet paper was missing.

For the price we paid, it was a good choice. The location was nice and quiet, relatively close to the center of Bari( 15 minutes), and just a few minutes from Marconi Station, where you can take a train to Polignano a Mare and also Bari Centrale.

The location is 30min walk to the center. No reception, required you to wait on the front door for 30min.

There is no information, that no one at the property, so you have to call and wait about 20-30 min till someone will arrive. I booked a single room for 6 nights and when I arrived I find out that this room do not have window!!! I complain straight away, so a guy said that there is window ( look at that window in the picture - it is on top of the door and facing the corridor🫣) and kept complaining so he offered solution: after 3 nights to move me to the bigger room. The were delays with timing but the guy kept his promise. The bigger room was really nice…but it needed a better cleaning as I saw molds up on the wall, door frame didn’t look very clean, too.The bathroom also had molds. In general, if they would clean better, it could be really nice place to stay ( but not that single room without window!!!) As I have been staying during New Years eve, there were young and noisy also messy guys, so when they been at home it wasn’t very pleasant to stay.

If it would be summer, so it is very close to the beach. On ground floor there is nice cafe. Nor too far from train station, so you can walk. The bigger room with balcony is nice and very comfortable🙂 The guy, who is doing check-in is polite and nice.

The shared room is not very clean. I had to take a shower and I didn’t feel cleaner after it.

There were 2 bathrooms for 6 rooms,sometimes was missing toalet paper,sometimes ocupated....

It was very closed to beach Pane e pomodoro - its perfect

Check in could be clearer, I messaged and didnt hear back so I called when outside and was told someone would be there in 15 mins. They were there within 15 mins but it would be useful to say 'call us to arrange check in' so you don't have to wait around

The room has no window and it was very stuffy, hard to sleep. I received information about check-in at 9:30 p.m., I had to wait for someone to arrive and open the door. It was very noisy in the corridor at night.

The room is good only for one night to sleep few hours.

A shared balcony not really with sea view, rather to a view to opposite apartment.

Smooth check in - after a call a Spanish speaking lady arrived to show us the property. A good size room / clean and equipped with a fridge and TV. Comfortable bed. Well maintained bathroom.

It would have been good to have brochures handy as well as tips of what you can find as far as food, groceries, the name of the train station in close proximity. There's a weird green light in the bedroom which is really not nice for sleep-possibly it's for the tv? Too high to cover, not sure if it's possible to turn it off.

No breakfast. A kettle, cups, plates and utensils in each room. The place was very clean and a great starting point for the beach, close enough to walk to town and a train station within 3 minutes walking. An excellent and cheap pizzeria (Mulino's) is nearby, as is a grocery store (MD) which I found by chance the last day. WiFi was excellent, the cleaning lady was very gracious, and the place was always clean, even the bathrooms!! Great that shower gels and hand soap is supplied, towels and bedding are included in the price (not always the case)

Its slightly spartan quality - which I actually appreciated - might not be to all tastes.

It's just well-looked after, efficiently run, unshowy accommodation in an area slightly away from the centre. Sea very nearby, Lots of good cafes, including one immediately downstairs. No frills, good internet, TV, fridge. Just what you want, in fact. For someone who'd just got off a plane and hadn't slept, it was perfect.

The entrance to the flat is hardly visible. Owner did not appear and only a cleaning lady gave the key and she doesn't speak English. In 4 bed room, there were only 2 cups. There is an electric kettle, but no socket to plug in, so needed to boil water in the bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms, but in 1 door is not closing. Elevator is very small, old and strange in use. Balcony is narrow and shared and a sea view is actually a buildind in renovation with a glimpse of sea on the side. The area of beach Pane e Pomodoro is loud, dirty and really stinky, because of dirty sea water... This beach is overrated, dirty and crowded. In a week there was only 1 day when it was cleaned of water dirt and I could swim... All looks good only in photos. Bari old city is nice, but still... What a waste of money and vacation time.

Close to the beach, restaurant and bus stations. Very clean room and bathroom.
