We rented the three-bed house for a week. The views from the terrace were beautiful. Every room had air conditioning. The pool was clean and lovely in the hot weather. The host Cristian and his father were helpful and friendly. The property was a great base for visits to all the surrounding towns and cities.

The road from Firenze to house includes a macadam and it is better to go to Certaldo and then to the house itself.

Everything was exceptional, especially Cristian's hospitality. The view was amazing, not sure is it better in the morning or at sunlight. Great place to stay with a family and friends. Great location for visiting Firenze, Siena, Pisa, San Gimigano...

Very central location for visiting Tuscany. Great pool. Kind and generous host. Good facilities. Great views. Can't say enough about the host and his father. They were wonderful, coming with a welcome present and leaving us with treats when we left. A place I would go back to without hesitating. Close to so many great places.

The house and surroundings were very nice - airconditioning in all rooms was very welcome in the hot Tuscan summer, the pool was very relaxing and the contact and services provided by Cristian were generous, friendly and forthcoming. I highly recommend the place and Cristian!

Christian was phenomenal as a host. He was very hospitable and helpful,he was able to solve any problem right away - you felt there like you were visiting family. The place was very clean and equipped with everything you could think of. We were very charmed by the place and the hospitality of the host. The place is in a very good location with good accessibility to the nearby attractions of Tuscany. The bedrooms are equipped with private bathrooms. We were also impressed by the compliment from the owner with products and wine from the Tuscany region. Clean rooms and a clean plot of land with a large and clean pool. This is a place you will want to come back to, which we will definitely do. Thank you very much Cristian!

in one word: Amazing ! from the start Christian was responsive and nice we arrive at the villa and without us asking there was a basket filled with goods (wine, pasta, milk, bread and much more) to start our stay there at the most positive way the villa is big and the location is best looking over the beautiful Tuscany vistas and the city of Certaldo the villa came fully stocked with everything you can image, from kitchen utensils to children toys and box games. laundry room fully stocked and even a barbeque with coals. the pool was very nice and the weather was good so the kids were in it almost everyday

The property is located onntop of the hill in the vicinity of Castello di Oliveto, overviewing Certaldo. It has a generous swimming pool and a beautiful garden with olive trees and oleanders, very well taken care of. Everything seems to be in the right place and it makes you feel like home. Cristian was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed

Rested with three families in this wonderful place. We rented two houses and got the whole territory at our disposal! The houses are equipped with everything you need, the view of Tuscany is amazing. The pool is large, clean - sun loungers, umbrellas, playground👌🏻Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! Special thanks to Christian for his care and attention - one of the guests had a birthday, and Christian presented a cake as a gift! Also, upon arrival at each house, we were greeted with a basket of treats. We were very pleased with the stay, the only thing we regret is that we booked so few days :)

Everything was perfekt, nice, calm place with wonderfull view, big swimmingpool and large garden. Super destination for trips in Toscany. We feld there like at own home. Special surprises from Cristian - owner. (Welcome basket full of italian food and breakfast). ❤️

The owner, Cristian, was extremely attentive and welcoming. Always available for any need. We found a welcome basket at our arrival and he also presented us with pastries on the third day. He also gave us a discount because the air conditioning broke down before our arrival and needed fixing (fortunately it was fixed by the second day of our stay, so we did not have to suffer the heatwave)
