Erik is a great host! Very nice room and situated very well in the city center...everything within walking distance and Erik has great references for diner, lunch, breakfast and drinks!

perfect location, Erik was very helpful with any request and quick to respond, safe parking but bit tricky to park due to very narrow lane and spaces but host promptly offer to help.

The room itself was amazing but the host Erik made our stay incredible! He was very accommodating, allowing us to drop off our bags early and keep them there the next day which made our trip so much more convenient, he was so friendly and welcoming and helped us to have such a good time!

We were given a warm welcome by Erik. Our spacious room was very clean, comfortable and wonderfully cool during the hot weather. It was also nice to have some space in the garden to sit in. The accommodation is in a good location, down a quiet street but still close to the centre of Orvieto. We would stay here again

While it wasn't an issue for us, this room would not be good for those with limited mobility. There are a couple of narrow, steep sets of stairs to go down to reach the room

Great location in the old town. Host was very friendly and helpful! Comfortable bed. Loved having the patio outside the room. Bathroom was nicely equipped with a hairdryer. Would definitely book again.

I liked everything

Room was bright, comfortable and clean. Eraldo was helpful every step of the way, helping me carry my luggage, caring about every need. I had access to a beautiful, peaceful garden with a table and chair. It was really quiet, I had access to a small fridge in the common area and coffee/tea station in my room

The hosts were sooo helpful! Met us ahead of schedule, helped us to park the car. The room was quiet and secluded but close to everything. The communication from the hosts was wonderful. The rooms were quiet, clean, so nicely decorated, they really thought of everything. Attraction pamphlets in the room, dinner recommendations. They made our stay so easy and lovely, if I could give over 5 stars I would!

This is a fantastic place. The room is a good size.as is the bathroom. You have the added.bonus of a spacious courtyard outside your room. The location is close to the town centre and nice and quiet. The host is very helpful and is willing to share.information about good local restaurants.

Finding the place with Google maps was difficult, luckily got help from the staff :). Stairs to the room were quite steep.

Nice apartment, had a fridge and water boiler. Private parking available, staff helped with parking. Central location. Small garden with table and chairs, peaceful.

Hard to find if you are by car. Parking is super challenging and if you have a big rental car it is so stressfull. I wish it was written in the description somewhere, because the parking was main reason we book this hotel.

The room was clean and the facilities were generally good. The location is fantastic, close to everything. However, there were a few downsides. The parking situation was a bit unclear. At first glance, it appeared that parking was included with the room, but we were later informed there was an additional charge, which was only mentioned in the room policy section. The room also felt quite damp and while we expected some noise, it was noticeably loud due to poor sound insulation, outside noises echoed into the room quite a bit.

The location was fantastic, a walk away from the piazza. Erik was very helpful and responsive.
