How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Great room. Comfortable beds, very clean and smelt good. Easy check on and out. Also gave us early check in to our request which was very helpful. Great location

Parking costs €15 per day. We had a leaking sink, the lift was out of service one night, and the air conditioning behaved oddly — I couldn’t figure out when it turned on or off.
The apartment is in a great location, only a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Everything operates with access codes, so you never have to worry about carrying keys. The receptionist, Anna Paola, was friendly and very helpful.

…. that at about 5 am, our room (103) became engulfed by a disgusting smell. It was as if sewage had gotten into the air conditioning system. Had to open the window. Because everything else was great and professional about this place, i am giving the benefit of the doubt that this was a one time event
Clean and modern hotel. No humans involved although a little prodding was needed to get the relevant links. Spacious and safe parking, albeit for an extra 15 euros per night. Ten minute walk to the old city, where the closest restaurants seem to be. Everything would have been perfect except…

I wish they have a gym/ pool! But it’s alright 👍 Noise may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper due to the thinner walls and proximity of the rooms. I was fine as a deep sleeper
Everything was great for a city holiday with comfortable room, bed, parking, room services, friendly staffs and convenient distance to the centro storico and the other parts of happening areas. The best part for us during the trip is that they have a private parking 🅿️ and the location helps us to travel between places in Lecce

Its a functional hotel that met our needs for touring Leece.
We did not have breakfast here. What made our stay exceptional was Anna's communication at reception and on What's app. She spoke perfect English and gave us fantastic recommendations for dining and what to do.

I can”t find something I didn’t like !
Plenty of space in the main room but also in the bathroom. Access to the room and to the garage was extremely easy. Location in a quite neighborhood near the Lecce center, in a matter of a normal walking distance.. Most important fact: everything worked as promised and according to instructions. And last but not least, Anna Paola the local concierge was very polite and friendly !!

The air conditioning is really loud. From time to time, it starts making loud noises while running. It does work, but it's noisy. It's disturbing for sleeping, but without it, the room gets too hot — I stayed at the hotel during a heatwave.
Spacious, clean, and pleasant room. The room is really large, which is great as you can truly relax and spread out. The bathroom is also big, clean, and has everything you need. Breakfast is available but not self-service. The hotel prepares a tray with food for you. That’s all you get. It’s enough to fill you up, but there isn’t much variety. Next time, I’d skip the breakfast and go to the city for a good Italian panini.

The only thing that could be improved is the shower cubicle, as it is open so water ends up all over the floor. This is a minor point as everything else was great and we totally recommend the hotel.
Great location 10 min walk from historic centre. Safe and secure hotel parking for a small fee. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Helpful staff available to deal with any issues via WhatsApp or phone call.

Had a minor issue with the AC, but it was fixed right away.
The room is big, clean, and very modern. The location is good—it's a 5-minute walk from the old town in a quiet area. The facility is modern, very calm, and has a cool breakfast concept.

Nothing to complain about, everything was as advertised.
