I do agree with some other reviews that check in could be simpler as there is no office/front desk so it can be a little tricky to find and the process is done over the phone. it would be worth touching base with the property prior to check in to confirm the process.

Plants on the balcony were dead and appeared to be neglected. Lighting was a bit confusing.

It was great to be able to have friends stay in the adjacent apartment. We did not realise the rooms are connected by a hallway, which was a great bonus.

The refrigerator was not working, but it was not a big deal. However one thing is that the staff was not responding through WhatsApp immediately but to be fair he/she was very helpful.

Accessing the building was a little difficult when first arriving as you need to call a number to open the door (this was hard to do when using an international number) but Stefano was very helpful and walked us through the process then assisted when we couldn't quite work it out.

Fantastic location close to the ferry and restaurants. The room exceeded our expectations with a very comfortable bed and great shower.

the lock on the main door could be a problem if the other guests lock it before bed and you are still out for the night. this almost happened to me.

The staff communicated well which is important since it is not a hotel. The room was elegant and exactly what it looked like online. The location was perfect. it was not cheap but i would stay again because it was worth it.

Everything! There isnt anything not to like. Location great - near a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. 5 min walk to Como Lago train station, 20 mins to Como S Giovanni. 10 mins walk from lake. quiet location. Spotlessly clean. Incredibly comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities, with fridge too.

Most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. Most amazing bathroom with LED lights and waterfall feature. Great location near city centre. We expected the room to be nice, but it exceeded our expectations by a mile! Definitely recommend.

Very convenient if u are wanting a place to sleep . It a room in a flat Beautiful room in a flat . Nice en-suite 5 mins walk from the Lake Como and all amenities Long walk from Station St Giovanni (20 mins ) , with luggage in retrospect should have take a bus

We’ve stayed for two days, walked a lot and had to shower a lot, so we ran out of towels on the first day, and for two days straight the staff did not arrive to clean the room, so we had to ask for two new towels which we used on the 2nd half of the first day and on our last day. I believe this was a misunderstanding, which can be avoided with other guests in the future. The is no free parking, full day parking will cost 35€

Everything was exceptional, the room is super clean and everything feels fresh, with cutting edge tech. The room access is easy, with a passcode, the building has an elevator, but usually you will go by stairs since it is located on the 2nd floor. Bathroom is amazing with high end shower gadgets and toilet seat, shower comes with three mods “rain/water fall/ normal”, also with RGB lights. You do have a crazy flat tv with smart LED, coffee machine and a boiler. The bed is crazy comfortable, with light switches all over. The decoration of the room is super luxurious and relaxing. Amazing view of the mountain from the bedroom window. The AC works amazing, high speed wifi connection. The property feels super safe, and the location is perfect 👍

There are no fans in the room , and air-conditioning hardly works. We stayed on a hot day and rooms were unbearable. Stay on cooler days and avoid if weather is hot or you need air-conditioning.

Rooms and bathrooms are very well appointed and seems to have been recently renovated. Very spacious and upto mark technology wise. Very well located with sound proof windows.

The a/c was very weak so in the summer was not able to cool down the room at all. Also the mini fridge was out of service, and the shower pressure was relatively weak.

Overall happy with the stay, was really easy to get access, tidy and clean with great location near Como station and the Cathedral. Espresso machine was kept stocked and room was cleaned every day when we were out.

Shower was not working due to a missing screw. Could fix it with my bicycle tools, but it needs proper repair. Coffee cups were not properly cleaned.

It is an ensuited bedroom with kettle and minifridge in a residential building. Share private unit door with others, buzzer on unit door very noisy with people from other bedroom/unit coming, can hear people talking in other section when they leave bedroom door or window open. Had problem finding on first day as no name on building or on buzzer name plaques. Odd set up.

Close to town, modern interior, nicely decorated. Clean.
