The third bed was a sofa-bed and was a bit hard, the a/c was a bit weak to cover the whole room, and there were a bit of stairs that we had to climb with our luggage.

The hotel is styled like a medieval castle. Absolutely gorgeous. The room was very spacious and 2/3 beds were comfortable. Breakfast offered a self-serve coffee machine, juice, croissants, cookies, and hard-boiled eggs and a spacious balcony that was very nice to enjoy the breakfast in. Free parking right outside the entrance.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It is a rather nice and comfortable hotel. Should I travel again to that area I would stay there again.

The breakfast was basic with many sweet options, I guess typical for Italy. But it was good enough to start the day with and considering this is a small hotel. I did have an unfortunate situation where I got pick-pocketed on the metro in the city. Having lost my CR card and cash, the manager/owner went out of his way to help me which exceeded my expectation. For this I am very grateful!

Our room was over a restaurant and faced a children's playground. It was noisy until about midnight on the Saturday that we were there, Sunday was much quieter.

Close to a grocery store and several eating places.

We were Slightly dissapointed from breakfasts. Recommemdatio m not to buy with breakfast and rather go to a pasticeria just 1 min away with excellent Coffee and pastry

WiFi was not very reliable and kept cutting in and out so it was difficult to watch Youtube or something like that, at times even to surf. It remedied itself but it was a little iritating at times. Breakfast was OK, but self service. Would have preferred real coffee to machine coffee. Parking was available but not extensive. and not exactly private (but it was OK). Also did not find a lift so had to carry luggage up and down the stairs

Despite a somewhat ordinary exterior, the interior decor of this hotel is fantastic, it had a 24 hr reception which was essential as I was coming in late. The room was sizeable and comfortable and the breakfast was included. it was reasonable value for money,

I only experienced Room 18, but the Quadrant shower cubicle was claustrophobia inducing! The WC was jammed sideways against the wall, with negligible knee space against the basin cupboard ? Yet the Bathroom was a good size overall, which only added to the comical appearance of a Bidet forlornly dumped centrally in the remaining generous floor-space! I spent my career working in Architecture & Design & can ONLY assume the Plumber was having a bad day at work?

The Room & Housekeeping was excellent. The air-conditioning was really efficient & the fridge was a great benefit during the hot weather. There was something for even the most selective diet in the Breakfast Buffet & the food & presentation was superb. Special thanks go to the lady (didn't get her name!) who serviced the breakfast area with keen attention to detail. The bonus was that she spoke perfect English too!

Difficult to get to from airport

Very helpful staff at check in to assist with buses into the city centre and trains to main attractions. Went above and beyond to assist which has been rare!

I wish there was little more hanging available for clothing in room ans bathroom. Bed was little too hard for me. Toilet lid needed to fixed as it kept falling while sitting on it. Also, no hair conditioner available. Water here in rome is rough and makes hair rough. I really needed the hair conditioner.

I liked the location as it was on corner of plaza with restaurants and laundromat, bus stop, shops. The hotel was nice, room size was good with plenty of storage, sofa, fridge. The staff was very helpful.

Rooms were very clean, location was pretty decent for taking a bus into the Rome city Center. Staff was extremely lovely and helpful, and even went the extra mile with helping us find the proper bus/metro routes for the places we want to see! Reception also spoke a bit of English which was very lovely! Would definitely recommend this for any tourist wanting to stay a bit out of the way of the city Center.
