A 5-minute walk from the train station. It's located in a safe neighborhood. There are two grocery stores nearby. The rooms are quiet and clean. The bathroom has been renovated. The air conditioning works well. The receptionist was very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage early. This is a very good hotel for the price.

You have to pay through email and sending card info this way felt a bit uncertain but they communicated with me well over my zillion questions about thid. After arriving I was not worried about any scam. But beforehand it made me a but concerned since i had not had to pay this way previously. .

Highly recommend this spotless hotel. Excellent location. I came back to my room to cool off between mor ing and evening. I visited Rome during a heatwave - temps to 38/39 degrees! They were accommodating with my very late arrival (12:30am) due to train cancellation. offered to keep my luggage after check out on my last day. This is a family hotel, older woman is at the desk while her son is very responsive to requests/questions via the app.

The location is near the train station and bus. A lot of good restaurants near the hotel. Very nice,clean and homey feeling inside the hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location — close to Rimini Station and about a 20‑minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. We walked everywhere and really appreciated the convenience. It’s a quiet hotel with minimal outside noise, and other guests were also respectful. That said, I found the nightly price a bit high, though I understand they adjust rates based on demand. The beds are quite firm, which may not suit everyone, but they were okay for us. The staff — both at reception and housekeeping — were very friendly and helpful. We still don't know why we had to leave our room keys at the desk whenever we went out, but everything was fine. They also allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout, which was a big plus! I would book here for your Rome trip!

A sweet family-run hotel in a great location. The staff were lovely and super helpful. I had to do a couple of work meetings while staying. The wifi in my room was not quite strong enough, but the family allowed me to use the dining room for my calls and things worked perfectly there. I would stay here again when visiting Rome.

The beds were very firm which is not my preference, but after a full day walking in Rome, I could probably have slept anywhere!

Very basic, but perfectly fine for our 1 night stay. Easy to find and check in. Located close to the station. Main attractions were all walking distance (20 minutes or so) and lots of good places to eat nearby. Clean room with a small but good bathroom, with a good shower.

My room(20) had windows facing the hotel next door. They had floodlights on all night which shone directly into the room. The shutters on the outside and the light curtains inside did not keep the light out of the room. They may need to add some blockout curtains as I needed an eye mask to sleep. Otherwise a nice place to stay

The bathroom was a bit cramped, making movement uncomfortable. Then, the bathroom fan was noisy.

Firstly, the location couldn't be better—it's right next to Termini station, making it incredibly convenient especially when going to the airport. What stood out to me was the family-owned atmosphere; it felt cozy and welcoming. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable; our room was spotless and cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. Overall, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Pretty good location, can reach most of famous places within 20-30 min by walk. And of course it was comfortable the last day for traveling to the airport since the hotel is near the Rome train and bust station. The room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

For a family with little kids it was somehow a struggle in case you have strollers, because there are some steps before the elevator, also the bathroom was small(i.e. if you want to do a shower to the kid)

We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 kids, 5 & 2 y old. The hotel is very well located, very close to the Termini Station, it has markets, restaurants and all the facilities you need as a tourist. The room was clean, very quiet even though it is located in a noisy street. The staff was really kind and very helpful.
