The location is perfect! Very close to the train station (10 minutes) and extremely close to the metro station (in front of the entrance of the building) 10-15 minutes till Duomo di Milano. Another thing I like is how clean the room was! Absolutely I will come back here when I return to Milan.

We had a wonderful stay in this property. Very conveniently located and instructions to access the building and apartment were sent on time via WhatsApp to make it as smooth as possible. The host gave us valuable advice on where to eat and really went out of the way to help us as we had a small child with us.

Room 3 is the only one in GioiaHomes facing the street, so it was a bit noisy during the night. Also, there is a matrimonial double bed and a single bed. The mattress on the single bed was not confortable, but the owner took note on it and said they will replace it for the next guests 🙂

We were three friends enjoying a city break and we arrived at 11PM, so it was good that the location was not far from the Central Train Station and we already received by email the self check-in/ check-out instructions. We've stayed in Room 3, which was big enough and had the bathroom just outside the room, but this was not a problem, as we had a key and was dedicated only for us, and everything was clean.

The location of the room was very noisy - traffic from the street all night long. There were not always hot water from the shower, also it was quite small one.

The room was spacious. Nice to have bathrobe in the room. The location was next to the metrostop.

Strong sewage smell coming from bathroom had to keep bathroom door closed even with door closed smell was very bad. Also you share a common space for coffee with other rooms which you can hear everything people are doing. No soundproof whatsoever. You basically wake up whenever the first person in one of the rooms wakes up.

Location was great, metro station right outside front door. 9minutes from duomo with metro. 10min walk from central station. 30min by metro to San siro stadium. Good value for solo traveler

Some may find the locking system complex as it uses a code, but I think it's great security.

Exactly what we needed, so close to a metro station and walking distance from the central station. Decent level of communication over WhatsApp from the host, we were able to drop our bags off early which was good. Very secure locking up systems.

The bathroom size is good, but there is not much space in the shower. I noticed that the shower had some problems that made me worry that the pipe would burst. And also the sink tap was a little soft.

The location of the building is very good, in front of the metro station. The room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable! The self check-in option makes everything easier.

Nothing really, we were happy with our room....and the location was perfect for our needs.

Located around 10-15 minutes walk from milano centrale train station. You have to use the lift (7th floor), but easy to use and when you get there, there is a coffee machine, a kettle and iron for all guests to use. Room clean and specious with the mini fridge, but no aircon. Bathroom clean and everything works properly. Neighborhood offers a few restaurants and quite a choice of bars. For the sights you need to walk around 40 minutes, or use the metro or a tram service.

When we got to the room late in the evening there was no heating so it was colder than we expected. A bit noisy from the boulevard during the working day but we didn't stay so much to tell if this is during the whole day or not. Apart from that everything was fine.

It had everything we needed for one night, including iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, comfortable bed. Less than 10 min walk from Centrale, which is great for taking the shuttle for early flights.

The only thing that we didn't like was that it was cold at night and there wasn't a way to get warmer, like more blankets or a heating system. Apart from that, our stay was perfect.
