You needs to adjust yourself a little, as this is a different kind of interior than the typical Northwest-European of the big hotel chains. On the other hand that is part of the charm.

Location, friendliness of personel, room and bathroom large. Everything is very clean. Good cooling in the room.

The hotel is a short walk from Prato Porta al Serraglio station and right next to the Duomo. It was an old-style hotel and the staff were lovely. One morning, when there was very little fruit, I was asked what I would like, and 2 peaches arrived. You don't get that sort of service often. Prato itself is interesting and there are no crowds. It would be a very convenient place to stay for visiting Florence.

Great location a couple of minutes from the train station. Parked there (€6 for a day) and headed into Florence. Train back after sightseeing and a couple of minutes walk back to the hotel. Great!

The hotel is right in the heart of Prato - super easy to get to from the train station. The family who run the business are delightful and super happy to help with anything. Breakfast is really good value.

The aircon was a little noisy and not very good. The shower in our room was very small and the shower rail required maintenance as the handset was not secure during use. The breakfast was very basic with a limited choice for the cost.

Lovely staff and nice and clean. Great location 👌

Hard to say. If I really must tell something, I can say that the shower in my room was a bit small, at least for me, and at breakfast I didn't find "my usual" scrambled eggs with bacon, but there were many other good things.

Everything was fine. Excellent the position in the city centre and very close to the "Porta al Serraglio" train station, with excellent metropolitan, regional and even some long-distance connections. Very close to the university, just on the other side of the "Porta al Serraglio" train station. Excellent also for those who want to visit Florence. The hotel itself is very good, the room has everything you might want, good continental breakfast. Excellent staff!

The street where I was supposed to park was closed for works and I had to park further away (not the hotel's fault)

Room in the attic has very small shower, but for couple of days it is not a dealbreaker.

Very nice hotel in a great location on the main square of the old city center. Great staff and owners. Clean room with older furniture but in good condition. Good breakfast with great croissants.

Shower was over the bath. Room although clean was dated looking. No tea/ coffee making facilities .No English language TV channels.

Family run hotel in excellent position to train( at end of the street) with a short walk to restaurants and local sights. Has a lift. Spotless bathroom with good hot water pressure. Pleasing street view from my 3rd floor window. Fridge. Staff very helpful.

For someone can be bit problematical parking, which is nearby - you can leave your luggages at hotel, than park and go back to the hotel. Parking place is not too far away, but it can be uncomfortable for someone. Hotel stuff was very kind and helpful.

Perfect place for walking to Prato historical centre, we stayed only over one night, nice stand ard hotel.

Everything was good. I have no comments on dislike.

Breakfast was good every morning. Appreciated a breakfast to go when we had to leave before breakfast time. The location was good to walk to the train and shopping areas. The room was an efficiency size that was very small, but manageable since we were out of the room all the time.

I wouldn't say anything which I don't like in this hotel. I feel the bathing room space could have been little bit more. Rest everything was fantastic. It was a very pleasant stay though it was short.

Firstly the location was very close to train station Porta Serraglio hardly 200 meters. Staff were very friendly and caring. I checked in very late around midnight and still the staff acknowledged & prompt in checking me in. Also I requested early morning check-out and again the staff was very accommodative. When I checked out, I realized there was a train strike and getting a taxi was very difficult to get. Since I was from India, I found it difficult to install local taxi app. Hotel staff was very courteous and offered me a drop at Prato Central station at his personal car. I managed to get a radio taxi and reached SMN station on time to catch my Rome train. I would have missed my Rome trip because of train strike without the staff support. I am very thankful for the kind gesture of the hotel staff. Heartfelt gratitude.

There was a little traffic noise but it died down at night. I used silicone ear plugs and the traffic didn't disturb my sleep.

Very close to Prato PS station and the major sights such as the Cathedral and Palazzo Pretorio, restaurantsand shopping street.. The hotel is well furnished, has a bar and lounge area, and staffed reception desk till late. The bed and sleeping temperature was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was adequate. There was nothing lacking.

Excellent location very close to train station & to dining & bars & concert in the Piazza. The staff and manager at hotel were very hospitable & helpful. The hotel was very clean & air-conditioning worked wonderfully. Breakfast was simple but ok for us. Room size & amenities in room were comfortable & very adequate & could not hear any noises outside. We recommend this hotel as it is in an excellent location.

I guess the hotel is run by a family, everyone was really nice with us. They opened the door at any time (you have to leave the key each time you go out). Breakfast didn't have the same variety as a big hotel, but it was delicious and varied as well. Perfect location, 3 minutes walking to the Porta Serraglio station.

The furniture and doors are a bit oldish. Would also prefer not to step on a textile carpet, a wooden laminate would feel more cozy.

Good room size, ok bed, great shower. Air conditioning worked fine. Very kind and helpful staff, one of them even indicated me a good running path. Location is probably the best in Prato.
