Sometimes during the night you can hear people leaving nearby - loud chatting and laughing.i recommend to have earplugs. It’s not something the owner of the place could change.

The location of the place is gray! Between old town and Bari Centrale station! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious. The place was clean.

The bathroom seemed a bit outdated, around the toilet there was some water on the ground that didn’t go away. We felt like that needed a fix.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Great location, closeby the old historic city center and everything you need is on walking distance. The garden is a big plus and the tranquility of the place is really nice.

The AC should be changed, is not working very properly. The room smells slightly of mold.

Only thing to mention is that the walls were a bit musty, and you could kinda feel it in some of the bedding too.

Everything was spot on — the rooms were clean, bathroom super tidy, bed was comfy, and the kitchen had everything you need. The terrace was nice and roomy too. Perfect spot for a few days’ stay. Location was awesome as well.

Ideal location for exploring Bari, walking distance to Bari historic area and the train station. Particularly enjoyed the bar Caffè Borghese Bistrot across the street for a nightcap! The host had arranged a birthday card and Prosecco for my birthday, really thoughtful. A very pleasant stay in Bari, definitely recommend! The communication and recommendations were appreciated

The place to stay in Bari, it was my second time in Bari and I was so happy with this choice! The place was clean, affordable and very nice. We really enjoyed staying in the garden and the best thing is that it was quiet. The location speaks for itself and there are plenty of options for food and drink. Location is very good, not in the centre but on the edge. Property is secure and peaceful. Apartment is a good size, has all you need like a desk, good shower, fridge etc. You have your own patio space with table/chairs/sunbed so you can sit out or sunbathe. Host was available on WhatsApp to resolve any issues.

The apartment is situated a few hundred meters from the old town and a ten minute walk from the train and bus station so very well located. The apartment is in a secluded courtyard off the main street and is amazingly quiet considering it is in the city centre.

We were kept informed of how to access the property via WhatsApp - there is even a YouTube video! Information on where to park our car was good. The apartment was well laid out with amazing use of space. The apartment is well located for exploring the old part of Bari about 5 minutes from the Castle. Restaurants are located on the same street about a similar walk away.

We had a great experience so these are by no means negatives, but merely suggestions: - there were quite a lot of mosquitos even at the end of October. Some of the mosquito nets seemed like they need to be repaired. - Italy is NOISY and this is not something the host can control. Even though the room is sheltered from the street noise, everything else - from neighbors, to kids running, to people shouting - is felt as if it happens inside the room. If you have trouble sleeping, I'd suggest bringing earplugs. - It would be great to have a blanket provided in addition to the bed cover.

Everything concerning the apartment and the host was great - location, amenities, communication, and price. The host had left us a little treat in the fridge as well. The apartments are located in an inner courtyard, which helps with the noise as Bari is quite noisy at all times. The room had everything we needed and the location is superb - a step away from the Old town and the stop from where you can take the airport shuttle, a 1015min walk from the railway station and the coast. There are a lot of cafes, a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. The host, Annalisa, was great - replied very fast with concrete and detailed information, provided some of the most easy-to-use check in instructions ever and was overall very helpful and nice. I want to thank her specially as she made sure we can have the room early and we could relax after the super early flight coming in. The Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It is really nice that there is separate luggage storage which you can use outside of check in/out times. As our flights were early in the morning and late in the evening, we were very thankful to be able to walk around without dragging the luggage with us.

Blanket was for a non-mediterranean person a bit thin and there was no spare, so I was a bit cold at night. Indeed, the AC would have been available for heating, and I did not turn it on. It is my fault. Apart of this no other negative point.

Location perfect, just two corners from the historical old town. Host contacted us before with every necessary information to check-in. Apartment was neat and clean, well equipped and spacious. Garden was pleasant to sit and drink your tea in the morning. Thanks for the welcome drinks anyway! :)

Eventhough we did not meet the hosts, our communication via wattsapp was excellent. Annalisa was always prompt to answer any queries we had. Self check-in was very well explained, both via wattsapp by Annalise and a video link showing the self check-in process by a born actor Pietro :). Location was very good, 7 to 8 mins walk to city centre. Parking (Parcheggio Saba Porto) as directed by the hosts was not very expensive. Only €6 per day (N.B. Day means 0- 24hrs daily, so not overlapping between one day and another). Otherwise street parking in blue spaces. €2 per hour near the accommodation, or €1 per hour in some streets behind the building. Accommodations highly recommended.

We found the area at the back of the property a little noisy at times. Mainly during some but not all evenings.

The apartment was central. We could easily access the old part of Bari and the new modern shopping area. There were also many bars and cafes within walking distance. Also very near was the bus stop where we caught the bus to the beach. Annalisa who was our contact for the apartment was very helpful, quick to answer our queries.
