Some nights there were loud neighbors across the street. The light in the bathroom automatically shuts down after 5 minutes or so, if you take a longer shower or enjoy watching Tik Tok on the toilet you need to continuously wave on the ceiling to have light & ventilation again. The towels should be changed because although they were clean they smell like very used towels / bad drying. The AL BUCO restaurant next to the stay was the worst experience in Bari, stay away from them, they add fake reviews.

The property was ok, clean and comfy. We didn't know that for my room nr 7, the bathroom is separate, outside of the room, in the shared space of the other tenants but you have a key to close it anytime. For the rest of the rooms, bathroom is inside. The room has all necessities, no complaints there

The bathroom has a small water heater and is a bit noisy. It also smells like a clogged pipe.

The place is surprisingly quiet and you can get as much rest as you want, being in the very city. Clean, comfortable and good located.

It would be nice if there were plates, the refrigerator froze our stuff on the first night, but it was solved quickly. The walls are not so thick, and we could hear a lot of noises and people shouting on the corridor.

There wasn't anything really annoying.

The house is just a 1-minute walk from the bus station and only a few minutes from the supermarket and nearby coffee shops. The air conditioning worked well. The owner was very kind; he drove us from Alberobello to Bari when Trenitalia workers were on strike, which was a wonderful gesture. However, the house could use a few improvements, such as a soap holder in the shower, descaling the showerhead, and, since it's Italy, a proper coffee machine would be ideal. A microwave could also be a nice addition.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner is very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. Clean and spacious apartment, Dominic is a really great host! About 20 min walk from center and a few meters away from bus stations, in a local neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and everything was available for a few days visit. Make sure to check out al Buco while you are staying here.
