They didn’t have a vacuum that I could borrow. It was for my vacuum bag!

It was nice and near to the main train station and close to the bus stops that would take you straight to the city centre and sites. It was also right be a mini shop and a pharmacy!

Five flights of stairs. While stairs are not a huge impediment to us, five flights was more than we like without the use of an elevator when we're tied.

Room was comfy but small. A coffee maker would have been helpful.

I really liked how central it is and easy as a pedestrian to travel to the tourist attractions and around Roma. The room was cool with the air-conditioning, too, and it provided a comfortable place to rest after a hot, busy day. Also, the room was equipped with a fridge, which was very useful!

We had a couple of issues with the hot water in the shower. We reported it but the staff couldn't seem to find the problem. There was a WiFi connection issue on our last evening too but this was just in the evening... perhaps it was due to many other people being online.

Stefano was extremely welcoming and helpful, location was good, near to public transport and the city centre. Bed was comfy, and the room was new, spacious, and quiet at night. Also, sweeties at the check-in desk - yum!

The toilet had poor ventilation which led to the place smelling bad not long after it had been cleaned each day.

The Location was perfect, very close to the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I loved the location of this hostel. We could walk to every sight and also the grocery store was nearby. Our room was okey, it was great to have air conditioning in it. However, the bathroom was not very clean and the shower was horrible. There was no soap during all our stay so for 5 days. But it was okey for its quality-price ratio.

There is no breakfast. Sewer gas escapes during the night. My daughter had an asthma attack in the middle of the night. Keep toilet and bathroom door closed. Open windows. Shower was very small. Elevator does not work if exterior door is left open on another floor.

Many things were broken. I was expecting two single beds but relieved a small bunk bed. One of the doors was extremely difficult to open using key.

bathroome was soooo dirty! it was just cleaned once per day and not on specific time schedule and even after cleaning was not clean!!! every thing was so old, the door handle of bathroom was not working! the room was also dirty .. the sheets were so old..

I think they show the marble entrance of the building because its the only photo they can show. There were only 2 bathrooms for the place, one was closed because it was not working and the other was only partially working, disgusting.... The kitchent was only 2 heaters, no kitchen really.... far from everything.. I wouldnt repeat and I wouldnt recommend it either.
