Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyOne thing that slightly affected our overall impression was the parking situation. Guests are not allowed to park their own cars, and although it was stated that parking is free, we were charged for it at the end. This came as a bit of a surprise. However, when the staff saw our reaction, they were understanding and kind enough to offer us a generous discount, which we truly appreciated.
The hotel's location is excellent. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the balcony was large with a beautiful view. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of meals offered throughout our stay. If you're deciding between half board and full board, I highly recommend choosing the full board option. It’s well worth the extra cost for such an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I can highly recommend this hotel! The food was amazing, along with the drinks. As you become a guest, you also quickly feel like you're a part of a big family. The workers always seem cheerful and are overall nice. The rooms and the hotel were also very clean. The hotel's location is right beside the beach, and you can always get a beautiful look at the sea. We want to thank everyone at the hotel once again for the wonderful service!

SloveniaI didn't like to pay for the parking which is very tight and you have to leave keys at the reception so they can pull out cars. I didn't like that hotel doesn't offer a sun lounger and an umbrella and you have to pay separately. 15-30 eur per day!
