Sofa bed has been uncomfortable. Airconditioner malfunctioned, manager put an effort to fix it, and it helped a little.

- Kitchen could be better equipped - When we stayed, there was no water for over 2 days in whole town. For which, of course, no one in the accommodation was to blame. However, we would have appreciated it if someone had supplied us with water barrels, or at least informed us that it was possible to fill them in town. What we missed here was information on how situation with water continues. After all, being without water for 2 days is pain when you can't cook, wash or just brush your teeth.

-Really nice view, calm city. -The landlord gave us tips on where to eat, what to visit in the city and the surrounding area, it was very nice.

Clean, spacious, excellent view, comfortable bed (mattress), nice and clean pool. You can also reach a beach in few minutes by car. Our host Lorenzo was very helpful and gave us detailed tips for trips. Very good value for money.

We stayed in a beautiful apartment with sea view. Very well designed to have everything you need for a stay: the kitchen had everything to cook, plenty of storage space with a huge wardrobe in the bedroom, a very spacious bathroom with a window. Our host Lorenzo was kind and responsive, he recommended a lot of things to visit. There is a pool on the premises but it was too cold for us to use. Definitely recommend if you're staying in North West!

A lovely place where we stayed a couple of nights, easy check in and check out. We visited a lot of great places like Calla di Cosi, it's amazing. Apartment was clean and nice. Definitely coming back to Sardegna

Checking in was very uncomfortable. I reserved a superior apartment, only because it has a larger kitchen and I have to cook for myself because of food intolerancies. When checking in, I realized that the apartment I got has a much smaller kitchen (well actually the whole apartment was smaller) and it simply was a lower comfort level. Lorenzo told me I have to talk to the BOSS. So I called the Boss and it was a really uncomfortable call for me. I booked and paid for a superior aparment, but I got strange answers, like: - the photos on booking,com are mistakenly wrong and what I have booked is not the apartment what I have seen on the photos. WTF? - Then it turned out, that OK, they have two types of apartment. But the Boss said, it does not matter which apartment I take, none of them has larger kitchen. - I showed the photos, that there is a large kitchen. I booked that one. They said they dont have free apartment from superior type. But they offered me that they will show me the other type of apartment, so that I can see that that is the same size. Lorenzo showed me that apartment (Superior) and voila, it was like on the photos. With large kitchen and with a much more comfortable interior. After about 30 mins of discussion Lorenzo realized that there is one Superior apartment that will be free form the next day. So we agreed that I will spend one day in the basic apartment and the next day I can move into the superior one. From that on everything was fine. But two remarks: - Why do they even try to give me a lower type of apartment? Why do I have to spend nearly one hour with asking for what I have booked and paid for? The key was my food intolerancy and that I have to use the kitchen 3x daily. If I had no food intolerancy, they would not agree to give me what I have booked and paid for? This is strange for me!! - I have seen both type of apartments. And believe me there is a difference! Both in comfort level and cleanliness.

From the second day, after getting over the difficulties and after getting the type of apartment I really booked (and not a basic and cheaper one), the holiday was smooth. Local pools are good, however the weather in October was not really suitable for swimming. You should know that the local shops are not so large. The really good beches are a bit far, but Spiaggia di Cala li Cossi at Costa Paradiso was extremely beautiful and that is only about 25 mins of drive.
