Everything! The room was great, the restaurant and team members were excellent, and the views were beautiful! Plus, it was adjacent to the bus stop!

The only area for improvement would be the room temperature, as it was slightly too warm and not adjustable.

Every aspect of my stay was exceptional, including the service, breakfast, bed, surroundingsand location.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Genziana! The location cannot be beat. It was close to the gondolas for all our hikes and close to great restaurant options. Parking was easy. Staff was super accommodating. Rooms were clean. Outdoor hot tub was an added bonus. Breakfast was delicious. Would recommend!

We enjoyed the hotel restaurant but were confused about the separate restaurant room for guests. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere but didn't necessarily want a multiple-course meal. We inquired about a different menu and were told we could get what we want but we didn't have any other info beyond that. Although it may have been a communication issue, we felt we were inconveniencing the person in charge. We witnessed another table being given plates of different foods that we appeared to have access to. We would have appreciated a better understanding of how we could have ordered food.

We enjoyed the hotel and proximity to key places we wanted to visit. The staff was overwhelmingly wonderful.

Amazing location in the center of town, steps away from the escalator up to Seceda. Friendly staff at check in. Convenient parking. Clean and very comfortable rooms.

breakfast was amazing. my little sister who does not travel much and has a picky diet loved the choices. she tried so many things which is unlike her. I am a picky coffee person. I like it strong and the coffee was awesome. I was offered a choice of cream or milk. I chose cream. wonderful

Air con a little sluggish in our room but not a dealbreaker .

Conveniently located to bus stop, gondolas and central to the town . Very friendly accomodating staff. Good food and nice bar with in and outdoor comfortable areas . Spa/ pool and sauna area excellent .

The only thing that I wasn't wild about was the tub/shower. It had a partial enclosure and it was difficult to not get the floor wet.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! It was easy to get to, very clean, the staff was great, wonderful breakfast, free spa, and they had excursions/activities everyday that were either free or at a reduced price. We did an ebike tour that was half the advertised price.

Everything was wonderful!

This is a beautiful, clean hotel in a very charming town. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The location is convenient to shopping, delicious restaurants, lovely walks, and the cable cars, funicular, and gondolas to nearby hikes and amazing vistas !

This hotel is located right in the centre of Ortisei which is perfect. Staff were amazing and the room were very clean. The breakfast was good it even had a station which you could do your own juicing which was great. I had dinner in their restaurant every night as the food was so good that for 30 euros you get a 5 course meal top restaurant quality. Couldn’t beat it! Amazing. The outdoor pool which is heated is located in a spot where you can relax and look at the mountains. So relaxing. Definitely recommend I will be back there some day.

The only thing was the shower. You shower within the tub but there is no curtain just a glass wall you swing out to prevent water going into the floor of the bathroom. I felt like the wall you move wasn't big enough and it was a little bit of an awkward length. All in all, it did not negatively impact our experience.

Breakfast was delicious. Lots of options! The room was very spacious and loved having the balcony. The only downfall of the balcony was that our view partially looked into some construction in a nearby building but that is nothing the property could do. The staff was exceptional. I felt they were extremely attentive. Even running into us walking around the city and offering us their umbrella in the rain. Extremely friendly and personable. The lobby is beautiful. The room decor is a little outdated comparitively to the lobby, but the room was clean and comfortable. It was located right in the city center easy to walk to things surrounding the area. I would recommend this property!
