The only minor comment is that the room could use a little refreshing. But that didn’t affect our comfort or the overall positive impression. 💫

The listing that it offers free parking. Please, remove that! I would like to see some simple decor things to looks more welcoming.

The best thing about this property was the location-in the very central area in Bari, walking distance to all major spots. However, I did struggle a lot to find a parking slot-it took me over 50 min to look for one (paid parkings were also fully booked). I felt mislead by the property initially, because on the web it's said they have a parking slot. It turn out to be just public areas. The breakfast was excellent-in a nice location, delicious and with good variety. Rooms were just very basics with nothing exceptional to make you feel cozy or to want to spend any time inside.

There’s no key and you open doors with your phone (need to download their app).This can be problematic if your phone gets lost/stolen or you run out of data. My room (Rossa) was well equipped but didn’t have much light, only a skylight that Leads to the back of another building.

Great location and comfortable. There’s no reception or staff on-site, but they were quick at providing help over WhatsApp. The breakfast, served in the restaurant downstairs, was very nice and the staff really friendly.

Only negative was the steps in the bathroom, slipped on floors and missed the step few times, potential for danger.

Everything was fabulous, amazing breakfast, comfortable bed, perfect room size, best location, close to Bari Vecchia, close to Bari Centrale, close to Port and Lungomare.

For me it was hard to get the internet codes to enter. There is no reception at all, so we store our lagguagge in the car. Parking was very expensive for us.

It is near to the sea, and to central. You can walk everywhere from here. There was free water in the fridge, and coffee and tea too. Nice communication trough whats up. Breakfast was good in a restaurant. (ham, egg, salami, bread, jam, croissant, juice)

It would probably be nice to renovate the room, but this is not critical.

Great location, close to the city center, train station and 10 minutes walk to the old city center. It was easy to get there. All instructions were available on request, also everything was sent via WhatsApp in English. Was offered a delicious breakfast in a very nice cafe on the ground floor of the neighboring building.

The need to download an app to check in was a bit too much. The room has loads of mold around windows and bad ventilation. They need to sort that out! The shower glass screen was leaking loads of water on the floor through the bottom of it.

Breakfast was amazing! Fancy new hotel's restaurant with full continental and fresh omelet. Great location right in the centre. Everything was clean in the room.

Breakfast can improved. Not good bread or pastries. Eggs boiled for too long. Staff in the breakfast can be also friendlier. Considering that this is the only staff guests can interact, it might be beneficial if they could answer a couple of questions with a smile.

This room was much nicer than the previous one in which I stay the previous days. It has a big window.

I had two reservations because I was with my son some days and alone others. I tried to contact staff: imposible. Sent messages and call a few times. I even call the emergency number. Nobody answer. I needed to pack, go to the place where they hold the luggage (10min walk from where we were) to get to know that I needed to come back and get another room 50metres from where I was before. The breackfast was not good either. Bread was not nice and focaccia dry.

The fact that it was relatively difficult to find our room despite great instructions. We needed phone support, which was brilliant. However, if arriving late, there might be difficulties in accessing one's room.
