How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Bad communication, No emphaty. Not what I was booked. No service. No one was there. I had several problems as I had an important meeting on a day of my arrival. There was some delays. I arrived around 3pm I was without a phone battery, was sitting in front of the door in a forgotten neighborhood, trying trough someone else to connect them to open the main door . As I have given my booking reference, they didn't want to open the main door for me.I was on the street trying to reach others to contact them. So again there's was no empathy. For 2 hours. They require me to download the app and do it on line. The room didn't have windows, it was double balcony closed like an prison with big installation for gas ,or hitting very suspicious just in front the windows. So I couldn't breathe. Only tiny thing for shower. No any product included. When I asked to order for me something to eat like simple pizza just to take my medicine. Because I stayed in bed for the rest of the evening stressed. They told me to install the app. They can't help me. I was a not familiar with apps. Am very disappointed. I could write a letter according my experience. Really not professionale in hospitality!!! This is not hospitality at all .

Regarding your request for food delivery, we are a Bed & Breakfast, not a five-star hotel with room service. As our staff operates from an off-site office handling multiple guest inquiries, we recommended several food delivery apps to help you get what you needed. We apologize if this fell short of your expectations, but we hope you can understand that direct ordering is not a service we are able to provide. Verified reviewso clean. You have a balcony where you can hang laundry. Small details like the coffee machine and hair cap were nice. privacy was ensured.
Transportation was a real problem for me until I learned the roads. I didn't see if there was an explanation for this, but information should be given about which buses go and how you can get there from the center. I had to learn these things myself and had to take a taxi twice. By the way, it is not too far from the center, but it is not too walking distance either. We couldn't find a taxi on the first day. I had to walk that road with my suitcase in my hand and my 9-year-old daughter next to me. It is not difficult to reach, but we had problems because we did not know it. Other than that everything was very good. We thank you.p

Verified reviewIn the room have a coffee machine, also you have bottled water and waffles.
Firstly you don’t have parking, it’s a street parking if you have luck. After you have to download some app to register your id card for check-in. Then you have to wait for the codes and info how to get inside (20-30min). The balcony cannot be opened.

This property manager is extremely difficult. They gave us a self check in code for security box which is inside a secure building, so we couldn’t access the building. I organised to arrive at 10pm, no one answered the door, we waited on the street until another guest arrived who helped us. Earlier in the day I explained that I didn’t have a local sim to call on arrival. also over priced.

Verified reviewGreat stay! Had everything we needed for our stay. Plus, water, coffee, and snacks were provided and replenished every day. Great value!
The only negative was that it was a little confusing to get in, and the number provided wasn't understanding our problem. Luckily, a tenant was helpful and showed us the correct door (go in the door where padlocks are located. All the rooms are behind that door).
