Very good location, 10min walk from the train station, 10 min from Bari Vecchio, close to everything you need or you want to visit. We went to the beach, 20 min, nice promenade. Check in is fast, you get clear instructions how to check-in, codes of acces, directions. The room was big, clean, the towels were changed daily, basic furniture, high ceiling. Breakfast was amazing, very good, very nice ambient.

No blanket provided. I don’t understand the phenomen of disco lights in the shower in Italy? What is the purpose of it? Can’t see anything with some dark purple lights … rather annoying. Remote was provided but wouldn’t work…. The self check in app is rather annoying too. Bathroom floor needs a proper scrub!

It's a great location for visiting Bari as well as the nearby towns likes Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. This is a self service hotel. They provide you with the door code in their app so you can check in any time which was great as our flight was very delayed the first time we stayed at this hotel. We booked to stay at this hotel twice for this trip and had two different experiences. July 28-Aug 1st we stayed in a basic room. It was a good size with a large bathroom that was up a flight of stairs. The issue with this set up was that the room was nice and cool but the bathroom was very warm. Having messaged the hotel about this issue, they upgraded our room for our second visit without us requesting this. This upgraded room was so much better. It had a nice balcony and also a wet room. The wet room is in a separate area from the toilet and sink. The rooms are clean and comfy and the breakfast is good and the staff are always welcoming.

The staff are excellent (customer service, cleaners, and breakfast staff). They accommodated my early check-in request and did their best to prepare the room asap so I can sleep as soon as the room becomes available. Love that kind of service. Very considerate and kind. Thank you very much to the staff I spoke to over the phone and to the cleaners on the day I arrived. Love the food in buffet style for breakfast. Good food and good drinks. Worth the price! Love that there’s air conditioner, too. Lastly, they keep your bags before check-in or after check-out for free. The staff there were really nice. I had a great time even for just a night. Highly recommend!

The room was very good, preserved the heritage. The room has mosquito repellent ( I didn't use it). The lift can be slower, but considering the renovation of the building and the style preserved, I don't mind the time spent on it. Breakfast was very good, a mix of Italian and continental. If I go back, I will stay!

The bathroom, while nice, was not fully cleaned when we arrived. There was something gross in the sink that had not been wiped, the backsplash and mirror were also not clean and there was a toothbrush left in the sink. We were told that the toothbrush had been used for cleaning. I had to clean the sink before using it which was very unpleasant. The entry codes were not easily accessible.

The room was adequate with a nice bathroom.

The electric fireplace didn’t worked, it was a bit cold in the room.

The accommodation was beautiful and located almost in the town. The breakfast was amazing, we get eggs with bacon and a lot of sweets.

When we got there the room smelled like cigarette, like someone smoked before. I'm pregnant and i didn't apreciate that at all. We opened the window and the smell was gone in 4-5 min means they didn't do it before. Not enough warm water you needed to hurry like i said.

The room was very clean, very comfortable and the location is perfect. The bathroom was very good but not enough warm water, only one of us could go in the shower. (Tried it twice in different times)

The apartment was on the second floor, equivalent of the 4th floor, 61 steps. There is an elevator but slower than a turtle and fits 1 or a max of 2 people. The self checkin is not very people friendly. If you do not how to manage apps and the web, can be hard. You need to download their app and then flow the instructions they will send you with codes to open the front door and the apartment door. They should be more flexible and accept a late check out for a fee.. I ended up paying for an extra night but left the apartment the same day. Learn how to be flexible. If you did not have anyone arriving the same day, I would be much happier if you charged me half of the price for an extra 6 hours instead charging me for a whole night. People should learn how to be more human.

The location, the apartment was clean and simple. Nice touch with the espresso machine with capsules and tea. They allowed me to check in early but would not accept a partial payment for a late check out.

Street noise is a little loud and it was very difficult to find parking.

Great location walking distance to old town, facilities are renovated and very clean, the breakfast was very good.
