Nothing really , if I truly did have to pick something it would be the pool closes kinda early at 7 pm

Everything. It was wonderful from the views to the kind staff to the great rooms. I couldn’t imagine a better stay. The pool and spa were fantastic specially if it’s raining ( pool is heated they have a sauna which is gorgeous and a park for the kids !) breakfast was delicious , beds were comfy which by the way they did manage to squeeze a crib , two twin beds and a regular king into one room so my family could stay together . Overall out stay was 10/10

The room was very comfortable, spacious and well designed. The pool and outdoor playground was great for the kids. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was very rich and tasty. Highly recommend this hotel for families with small children.

Beds could be a bit harder, but since the hotel is not brand new we assumed mattresses were only a bit worn.

Amazing wellness facilities, quite big saunas, two amazing pools, location is the best, only 600m from ski slope Plose. Food was excellent, overdelivered. 🙌⭐️

Nothing much really. Okie maybe something to note. As of most hotels in the mountain areas there is no air-conditioning so we had to open the window to let cool air in even then it could get quite warm. And since the window was open noise could come in and the tower clock would wake us up. Althou we still manage to get back to slp.

The food, facilities, room and staff of the hotel. I had high expectations of the hotel and it met my expectations. Other than the physical aspect of the facilities, the service standard was impeccable! From the reception to housekeeping and restaurant staff, everyone did their job so professionally. We were welcomed to breakfast and dinner everyday. The dinner served every evening was curated with great effort. We stayed for 4 nights and I only wished we were there longer. The pool and spa facilities were also great especially if it happens to be a rainy day, we can just stay in and enjoy the facilities.

absolutely everything was perfect.

When I initially read the reviews and there were multiple comments about the quality of the food, I was impressed but reading and then actually experiencing the diversity and quality of the food, it far exceeded my expectations. We are big foodies, and this was our heaven! On top of that, the wait staff are superb, so professional but yet fun and engaging, we particularly liked Alex the sommelier/waiter that we had the majority of the time. He knew just how to interact with us, which made the experience even more enjoyable. But to emphasize the quality of the staff; everyone was amazing with their friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness. The attention to detail demonstrated throughout the resort gave the sense that this is a passion for the owners, which is so wonderful to experience. This was our 30th wedding anniversary trip, and it was an incredible time, one which we will remember fondly. Thank you again to the whole team!

Comfortable room, Brixen Card gave excellent access to the South Tyrol region, our hosts collected us from the train station and also dropped us back at the end of the stay. The food was amazing, we were spoilt and were lucky enough to be there for a public holiday feast on 15th August

Excellent hotel all Round. Our whole group was very happy. The best hotel we stayed in the Dolomites. Staff were very friendly & most helpful. Great breakfast. Large & very comfortable rooms.

Absence of air conditioning brought too many flies to the room.

This is a superb family run hotel. The room was large and comfortable with a big balcony and seating area. Breakfast excellent with eggs and omelettes to order. Super sauna area and nice spa. Half board dinners were excellent too. And the owner and staff are really friendly and helpful. Transfers from Brixen are included if you book and they helpfully organised laundry too when we needed it. A great hotel all round.

Great stay. We arrived 3 hours early and it wasn’t a problem, room was ready. Great that you get a pass to use the new ski lift every day that you are there. Great spa area and staff all amazing. Idea base to explore the area. Food was great although next time we stay, we will only go bed and breakfast as we like to explore the area and find little restaurants or eat at different times. This is not a criticism of the hotel in any way, just our own preference. Highly recommended.

the AC wasn’t working for us and we were in the middle of summer so it was terribly hot which is why we didn’t have a good nights sleep. tried to contact the front desk but they already left for the day

the food here was incredible, rooms so cozy and comfy, other facilities were lovely too, staff took such good care of us
