Exceptional location, in the center of city, close to parking, very good breakfast. We did self check-in and the staff was great - they contacted us, provided all information, sent picture for easy finding, very politely.

The wi-fi is awful, I could not read my emails on my laptop! The climate control of the room was turning on every morning at about 7 o'clock, not sure why.

Only thing to consider is a short walk from the parking to the hotel if one has a lot of luggage when travelling with kids, but manageable.

Beautiful view of lake with huge balcony and sun lounges. Fabulous and delicious breakfast included. Parking included in parking station. Very easy going and friendly staff. Great location for all activities in this beautiful town. Great meal and well priced. Very quiet.

Hotel reception man was offhand. Airconditioning was very controlled by hotel which was not comfortable in extreme heat. Kept switching off every two hours

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sole. The staff was very friendly, the location is excellent, and the free parking option was a big plus. Everything came with a beautiful view! We will definitely come back.

We have very little to be negative about. Many of the staff were friendly and chatty and all were helpful and accommodating when we needed it. There are quite a few signs and notices around which felt a little bit over the top (do's and don'ts) but may have been put there because of previous problems with guests. The shower room was a little dated compared to the bedroom but was immaculate and well stocked with toiletries and fresh towels. Good shower too.

This hotel surpassed our expectations. It wasn't the "smartest" or most modern looking of these we considered from the photos we saw, but we chose it for the lake-front location. We were very happy with all aspects of our stay there. Our "comfort" room was spacious, well furnished and equipped and had two balconies - one to the side and a large terrace with sunloungers and table with 5 chairs. The location couldn't be beaten - right on the lakeside and at the same time right in the heart of the town. It may turn out to be busier and noisier outside at high season but we found it a peaceful place to stay and were very happy to be able to just pop downstairs for a drink or snack at the cafe bar and to find good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Breakfast was a buffet and was more extensive than we'd expected, with choices for everyone. Car parking was a bonus - free and with a guaranteed space in the nearby multistorey carpark for anyone booking a double room. The hotel is one of those closest to the car park and they provide a tessera (card) to get through the barriers. This can save around 20 euros per day.

instructions for guests arriving by car could be better. basically you park in a temp zone, get a pass, return to your car, and finally check in. it’s a bit of a process but worth it. It’s only a short walk from the parking lot to the hotel. Some people would not like the vintage feel, we loved it. if you want a modern hotel, this might not be the best choice.

great location on the promenade. great breakfast. super cool retro rooms with wallpaper and vintage tiles. we had a great little balcony.

Read comments on here and all are right but not really an issue. Wi-Fi isn’t great so dont use for business. Air con wasn’t great but wasn’t too hot so was fine. Staff was great, breakfast was great, parking for a double room was great

Soap was unpleasant. Hotel staff didn’t mention that they have a card that entitles guests to a discount on the boats. Breakfast didn’t provide any non dairy milk or yoghurts. When I was trying to pay at check in, receptionist refused to allow me onto wi fi (no 4 g coverage at that moment) in order to pay via my app. I had to ask a waiter to explain.

Hotel is dated, room is on the small side, however hotel is fine overall and provided a comfy stay for our 3-nights.

Great location, clean, beautiful view from our balcony, very good breakfast, friendly staff. Air conditioner kept room cool during the August heat. Air conditioner seemed to go off around 2:00 AM but was easy to turn back on. Bed was comfortable.

Staff at reception and breakfast. We were pretty much ignored on arrival, then given minimal briefing, no vouchers for ferry discount and more. It seemed rather different if you spoke German! Staff at breakfast (and in lunch/dinner restaurant not used) seemed miserable and unfriendly.

Superb location with nice sized bedroom, including fabulous lake view. Servicing of already very clean room was superb. As good as it gets in all these areas.
