Clean, but partially worn out room and bathroom equipment.

Close to the lake and beach, nice staff, excellent breakfast. Nice walk to the old town around the lake. Quiet despite being next to the main road.

Lovely hotel very close the the lake -a beautiful scenic walk along the lake to Riva town area. Breakfast was delicious, very fresh and lots of choice. Initially we were allocated a room facing the road near the petrol station but the very friendly, helpful lady on reception couldn't do enough to help us and she very quickly sorted a room facing the lake on the 3rd floor. A special thanks must be given to her as we were there for 6 nights so made a massive difference to our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, all the staff were so friendly. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Riva.

Room price could be lower, considering that some elements in the hotel and room should be renovated/updated.

Toilet window and room doors were left open when we arrived and smelled of smoke as it was facing the back alley which was used by smokers.

Comfortable hotel located close to Lake Garda and local shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Great bicycle hire located next door if of interest. Lift, safe and good air conditioning in the room.

Everything was perfect.

On my day of arrival, the Hotel was very helpful in communicating with me and making me aware of how to get in, if I was going to arrive late. The room we were assigned was on the top floor and was big and comfortable.It had a balcony with two sun loungers, it was huge . The view of the Lake and Mountains from the balcony was breathtaking. There was a great selection of food at breakfast The hotel is only a 30s walk away from the Lake, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Next door is Happy Bike, where you can hire an ebike to explore this lovely part of the world. I would definitely love to come back and stay at this Hotel again.

A bit shabby state of the room. Little to none refill of the breakfast buffet. Overall, I can definitely recommend the property and will certainly consider it again should I be back in Riva del Garda.

Despite limited check-in hours, the property provided self-checking instructions, which worked flawlessly. Spacious room and bathroom. Spacious terrace with lounger facing the side opposite from the road. Unfortunately, one can't see the lake, but one can absolutely enjoy mountains view. Bus stop is just a minute or two away. Prosecco was served for breakfast!

The hotel doesn’t have the separate luggage room, I had to leave my luggage in the room for staff with the cloning supplies etc The heater in the bathroom didn’t work

The staff was very helpful and gave us tips about visiting Riva center as well as other towns around Lake Garda. The room was clean and spacious and located 20 minutes away from the center (on foot) with the promenade along the lake just behind the hotel, making the walk a very pleasurable one.

The only minor thing I noticed was that the room’s lighting was a bit too bright for me

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was clean and cozy. As a solo traveller I fest safe and welcomed. The location of this hotel is also very great. I also got a chance to use free bikes that was also very fun
