Nothing to complain about

Exactly what we want as we are the entire day busy (hiking, biking, downhill) and only want a nice, very clean room and a good breakfast. Don‘t require Spa, massage, pool, gym etc. - top location - top room (very clean, quite new) - breakfast okay for us - top, gentle service peope - etc …we‘ll come again ;)

Storage room for mountainbikes is not very easily accessible. Rather late breakfast (8am) if you plan long tours - but for one morning we could arrange breakfast half an hour earlier, which was helpful. No access to hotel/toilet after checking out. Check the different rates, some of the rates (bed and breakfast) are the same no matter if there are two or three people staying in the room and having breakfast.

Beautiful (probably very new) rooms in the center of Livigno. Perfect location when you arrive by bus! Secure and spacious storage room for the mountainbikes. Easy communication before arrival and during our stay. Really really friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Very nice, comfy beds, the rooms were extremely clean and were cleaned daily, all the ladies taking care of the rooms were very nice. We were a bigger group and really liked that there is a "meeting room" where we can gather without disturbing the other guests. The ski equipment room is spacious and has blow dryer racks for your shoes, so they are always dry and warm when you put them on in the morning. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Everyone from the staff was very kind and positive. The hotel is in the center of Livigno, so we could take walks in the evening and were close to restaurants and supermarkets. Both ski zones can be easily reached by walking. I would definitely visit again!

Very clean, It was always lovely and warm & lots of hot water. Perfect after a days skiing. The staff always nice, friendly, and helpful . I enjoyed my breakfast. No hesitation to rebook again…

Bed and pillows was hard. There was a kettle in the room but no cups.

We stayed in a room which was located outside the main building. The room was recently renovated and very clean. Good storage place for skis and boots. Central location but still very quiet. Good breakfast.

Staff was very friendly. property was clean and tidy. Our rooms were being cleaned every day. The rooms we stayed in were brand new. Centrally located and very close to the main ski pistes. Overall great experience and happy to have chosen this property to stay.

3 floors, no elevator. Low ceilings at the top floor - a tall person had to bend to get to the toilet. Parking was a bit ad-hoc and to the side.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable and it was a bit noisy in the night because of the neighbors.

Very friendly staff who's always ready to help or answer upcoming questions. The B&B is very near from the ski schools and shops and restaurants are accessible by feet.

Owner living in upper floor with his young children and they are very noicy (which is of course understandable). That is why we coukd had any nap in the afternoon. The noice was very disturbing from 6am until 23 pm. The room no 4 had kitchen which didn’t worked. Owner said its not for the quest!??? Come on! Also room nr 4 had no ventilation and it was too cold. System keep 19 degrees in the room, which was too cold for us! Breakfast was in the hotel building but they have no kichen which mean they do not provide any warm breakfast options (we missed that much)

We had recently renovated rooms which are located in the other house 100m from rhe hotel. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Ski room is small but very good. There is enough parking place too. Location is very central and perfect!

The breakfast is bad and poor. The host is taking suplies to his home instead of giving guests to eat. Host is very unkind, unprofesional and was unuseful. The main enternance is closed the most of the day so you have to enter trough the basement at the back of the bilding. Rest of the personality is polite.

Location is good but is not as it described, it is not door step skiing.
