There is no AC in the hotel . At the hot days you may face difficulties, but this is limited days on this place . Most of days cold and good weather

The location was picturesque, the staff was very nice and helpful, the accommodation was clean, the room was spacious and with a balcony. At the moment of our visit they also gave us bus tickets for free and bracelets to access a nearby spa center with a considerable discount - only 4 euro per person per day at the pools. The breakfast was very diverse. They also have a spacious parking in the inner yard.

The staff at reception were pleasant and very happy and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, cosy and comfy. The mattress was very comfortable: firm but not hard. My husband and I were admiring the carpentry, which was extremely well done and fitted to the house. There are beautiful views of the mountains and fields all around the property. We had a lovely large swing chair with an amazing view of the mountains in the garden just outside our room. It's also very easy to get into Bruneck town from here. The bus stop is 2mins away and there are buses running regularly throughout the day which take about 10-15mins to get into town. p.s. don't skip the breakfast and the homemade jams!!

The bed and pillow were slightly hard for me but no one else in my party had a problem.

We had a pleasant stay here at the hotel. The staff was lovely and made excellent recommendations (we had an excellent meal based on their advice). The room was quite basic but comfortable and clean. We were offered some passes for local sights.

I would appreciate the fridge at the standard room.

The hotel is situated in a great location very close to ski lifts and apres ski bars. Very good steakhouse and pizzeria in the surroundings. The hotel offers the excellent breakfast only. Very familiar staff ready to help any time. I was there already for 3 times and I will come back again.

There is no fridge in the room.

We liked the location of the hotel the most, but both the room and the breakfast were excellent. Everything is very well organized for skiers. The hotel has a heated depot for ski equipment with a separate entrance. We walked to the ski slope. There is also an excellent restaurant right next to the hotel. The landlady and the staff are very friendly. We are very satisfied. We felt comfortable and relaxed.

In the rooms the amenities are not sufficient, especially considering that most guests are skiing all day, one little satchel and a little soap for the room are not enough for 2-5 days stay (if you want to remain eco conscious I suggest investing in 500ml wall-mounted soap dispensers)!! Also one more towel would definitely be appreciated. One more thing, the rooms are not very well isolated from noise, but thankfully most people were respectful and at sleep by 11.

I enjoyed the ski deposit, the free parking, the room size and decor, the spacious balcony, the friendliness of staff and the rich breakfast. Also, the fact that the hotel is so close to the slopes is magnificent. Generally the hotel is warm and welcoming.
