    Good location, friendly staff.

Bed was terrible. There was a big hole in the mattress which made sleep almost impossible. Also the bed was very noisy.

The daily breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we had on our trip! The rooms were very clean and had beautiful views of the lake. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants and shops around us. There is a back door for guest entrance to avoid walking through the restaurant each time which we thought was very convenient. The entrance through the restaurant includes a small winding staircase so we found the back door that enters on the 2nd floor right by the elevator was super nice when moving our roller bags around.

Check-in was slightly confusing and frustrating. There are two "INFO" parking spots to the left of the information booth that we missed due to the busy traffic around the parking garage. We found a parking spot in the garage and were able to move our car out within the free 15 minute period after we got our parking card from the man at the info booth. However, the man we worked with was rude and seemed annoyed that we had already entered the garage and needed to move our cars. While my husband and dad went to re-park the cars with the new parking cards, I was to load the luggage on the electronic cart. When I arrived to the cart to load the bags, two employees were sitting on the cart and hopped off as they saw me approach. I assumed they were hopping off to help with bags as all other hotels we had been at offered assistance but instead they said nothing to me and just stared as I loaded the luggage of 6 people. I am a young female (writing on my husband's account) and while I am capable of loading the bags, I found it very rude that they sat and watched me do it by myself while smoking a cigarette. I was especially frustrated when my 85yr old grandparents tried to help and the men continued to sit and watch. The original parking attendant came in at the end to help after almost everything was loaded and rolled his eyes and acted annoyed which was not professional in my opinion. There was only room for one person on the cart so I rode over with the bags and waited for my family to join me. Once we got to the hotel, I was told to check-in at the bar but when I went up to check-in, they said hello and then went back to work. I stood there waiting to check-in but no one helped me so I felt very in the way. Finally, a very nice woman informed me they were waiting for the other guests to arrive so we could all check-in at the same time. Once we were checked in, the staff were very kind and helpful.

Super friendly, helpful staff! Good size suite with private balcony on top floor. Good WiFi (on 4 of 7 days). TV with internet options. New coffee and water daily. Excellent breakfast. Free parking easy to access (vice normal 25 euros/day). Free ride with luggage to/from garage. Extra pillows.

Please get black out curtains or shutters!! By 5am in the summer, it is light in the room, and heat rises quickly. Also, be aware that the elevator only connects the middle 3 floors. You still have to climb a set of stairs to get to it, and another after getting off in order to reach the top suite. Staff were great helping with luggage, though.

Location and view are amazing, right in the middle of the town. They have a multi-seater golf cart that will pick you up and your luggage from the parking area since it’s not directly by the hotel. The breakfast and coffee were good.

The room window didn’t have any blinds/shutters (only a thin white curtain) so the room got bright very early in the morning.

Great location , friendly staff, spacious room

The bed is not very comfortable. It made noises as you rolled around. Should get better bed frame. Not sure I could sleep more than 3 nights on that bed.

    Nothing.

They are not clear with many things, such as parking, hotel entrance, and response to customers. They are not cooperative. I had to find a new hotel and pay for both of them!

Couldn’t fault it. Friendly welcome from the outset and our room, the suite, was unbelievable, if it’s available it’s worth the upgrade! We’ve had recent ‘lake view’ promises but my word this one delivers! Outstanding, we ended up extending our stay we loved it so much.

Very disappointing experience regarding the parking. We were charged €43 to exit the parking, even though we were told by the hotel staff that parking was included in the room price. Yesterday, I specifically asked at the hotel and showed the parking ticket I had received — I was clearly told that everything was fine and included. Today, I was told that the electric shuttle lady would provide me with a card, but she then informed me that I should have picked up the card yesterday, which no one had told me. So now, despite asking and showing our ticket in advance, we ended up paying €43 because of miscommunication and misleading information from the hotel staff. We requested a refund, but it was denied. Really unfortunate service — I’m leaving this comment so that future guests are aware and avoid the same mistake.
