Too much noise at night as is right in the middle of things. Great if you like to party but I’d prefer a quieter place. Windows helped a lot though.

When booked through Booking, there's a fee if you want to use the Spa (27€ per day). The breakfast could have had a little more variety. There was a motion sensor in our room, that activated a very bright light outside the bathroom if you went to the toilet at night, with no possibility to turn it off.

Nice little hotel in the very center of Livigno on the main (car-free) shopping street. Very attentive and friendly staff and good breakfast with tasty breads and lots of juices.

Location is great, plenty of Bars/restaurants nearby. Large garage to keep the motorcycles each night. Staff were great, really friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily.

-Family that owns/operates the hotel is very friendly and hospitable -Location is perfect, in the middle of the centre. Close to restaurants, bars, supermarket, shops and lifts -We had a room on the first floor with a big balcony that you share with to other rooms. Sunbeds, tables and chairs are provided -Nice breakfast each morning with a very wide selection, savoury and sweet - Easy to go to the (nice) spa via a tunnel

There was absolutely nothing that we could fault, everything was exceptional.

What a fabulous stay we had in this family run hotel. Staff were so friendly and welcoming and run the shop attached where we could get a discount on clothes and shoes. Breakfast was included and was a fabulous spread with hot and cold options. Highly recommended for your stay in Livigno.

In the hearth of Livigno. Close to every bars and restaurant. We were given the chance to park the motorbikes in a secure underground garage. Spotless bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional with fresh products. Included in the booking was a fabulous spa with saunas and a extremely clean swimming pool. The lady owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

Not particularly friendly or welcoming: 1. We were asked to pay extra for a kid’s breakfast, even though the booking app clearly stated that it was included. 2. Background: The swimming pool is located in the hotel next door. Issue: When we wanted to use the pool with an external guest, we were asked to pay at the neighboring hotel. We did so without any issue, but upon going downstairs to the pool, we were followed and questioned about whether we had actually paid. This created a sense of mistrust.
