Breakfast was excellent, with an amazing view of the lake in the background. Staff were friendly. Pool was lovely, also with great view.

No kettle/tea coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Any drinks had to be from the bar which shuts at 2200.

If as it was the restaurant next door is closed, quite far to walk. We were with a motorcycle and it was raining.

We found it difficult to find as we had been given the incorrect area code. We pointed out to the Receptionist that the incorrect area code was also on their business cards. Disappointed there was no restaurant on site for evening meals.

Excellent breakfast on 4th floor with views over the town and lake below. Easy parking. Large room and balcony with amazing views, luxury bathroom. The swimming pool and seating areas were good. We stayed for 4nights.

The swiming pool could be heated, otherwise you cann't use it in May-June.

The bed is uncomfortable — we woke up with back pain. Breakfast is quite basic.

The hotel has a very nice territory. There is an elevator. The room is spacious.

Clean and well appointed rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Views from the balcony were spectacular. The breakfast room was very nice with a great selection of sweet and savory items, including eggs prepared to your liking. Parking was easy and convenient.

It was a lovely accommodation ❤️ It was my husband birthday and they prepared a surprise for him with Happy Birthday from all of them. Very nice the view and the spa area. Was amazing hope i will have the chance to come again. The Varone Cascade is like 3 minutes walking, also amazing.

There were no glasses in the room and no kettle.

Very nice hotel. Pleasant location if you use a car. We were out of season but the room was warm. Breakfast on a beautiful sunny terrace overlooking the lake and mountains. Great breakfast menu. Delicious Fresh fruit - it's been a long time since I've had such figs. Parking in front of the hotel and underground parking. There were no glasses in the room and no kettle. We took wine glasses from the bar.

Overall, hotel was great. More pillows would be appreciated. You definitely need a car as it's quite far from the centre of town and restaurants.

I personally didn’t like the design of the hotel, it looked nicer on photos. The terrace for all rooms on the floor was connected so people could be walking in front of your room. And one more little thing - there is a green light on the ceiling from a sensor that is shining the whole night so the room is never fully dark. I kept waking up because of it but of course you can solve this with a sleeping mask.

The SPA and breakfast were amazing, the rooms were clean and the beds and cushions were very comfortable. The view towards Garda is beautiful.

A little bit of scratches on walls and missing tile grout in the bathroom, stuff like this might be easily fixed with a bit of DIY
