When we moved in, the bathroom was too full of chlorine and we had to air out the room.

Location: 10/10. The perfect blend of convenience and quiet. Just minutes from the train station on a peaceful street, making arrival and day trips effortless. Hotel Character: A small, beautifully designed boutique hotel. The interior is amazingly elegant and full of charm. Atmosphere: Surprisingly tranquil and intimate. The perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Overall: We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Venice. Highly recommend for travelers who appreciate design and peace.

Staff is very friendly and helpful (uncharacteriscally for Italy im afraid), location is good (near the train and bus stations, but a 20 min walk from main attractions) Room 205 which i stayed in is absolutely gorgeous and spacious, with a pretty view to the canal and trees from the nearby park. All modcoms, toiletteries, furniture is just over the top pretty! Breakfast is simple (expected for a small hotel) but everything was fresh and delicious Would 100% recommend

The view from our room was to a yard with noisy air-condition units, so we couldn't really open our window at night, so we slept with A/C on, it was ok

Good breakfast, newly furnished hotel, perfectly clean. Just over the Grand Canal from the train station, so it is convenient with the luggage, but it is quite far to walk to Piazza San Marco. The staff was very nice and helpful, thank you!

We stayed for the first time in a hotel in Venice with my wife, and it had the best location possible. The bus transportation from the airport or mainland Venice is just a 3-minute walk away. The public boat transportation within Venice is right in front of the hotel, and the Venice train station is only a 5-minute walk. The hotel staff was very friendly! Highly recommended.

No complaints. They have done a pretty good job and I would highly recommend this place. Some of the guests may benefit from brochures or concierge help esp with arranging touristy stuff / bookings. But those are not a big matter. Everything there is walkable.

1) location :- can’t be beaten. Close to all transit points and tourist spots are good walks. 2) room quality, size and very good bathroom 3) breakfast is pretty descent. 4) very good staff.

Amazing chic looking modern rooms and super clean! Very very helpful staff and they also let us keep our luggage for free for many hours after we checked out! And super walkable from the railway station, just 6-7 minutes

Despite choosing a double bed I received a single bed in the room. Breakfast is ok for 1 night stay but for 3 nights as we did the options are very short.

Staff was really nice, the hotel location was convenient to arrive by train and despite been old the hotel maintenance is very good.

Cbb: shower had very weak "flow"...if for water economy you will have to spend a bit more time to wash yourself. The sink had stronger debit Breakfast: may i politely suggest, you could add some music or ambiance to the room so it doesn't fell so much as a "private" room. But the waitress was very kind. The blankets are very thin so to feel confortable i believe yoy have to raise temperature of the riom to get confortable. This could be good or bad for different people

There is a cute wardrobe in the room, however is not suitable for hanging long items. The shower in the bathroom is kind of small.

The room is spacious and beautifully decorated with the side view of the canal in front of Venice Porta Nova. Close to the train station and the most popular bridge in Venice. There is a gondola station nearby. There are also several restaurants just by the corner. The breakfast in the morning is satisfying and the pastry is delicious. The staff is kind, helpful and attentive.
