The hotel’s location is absolutely wonderful and very comfortable, with a beautiful balcony view that added a relaxing touch to our stay. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, reflecting the high quality of service. I would also like to thank Mr. Ali, the porter, for his professionalism and courteous service. However, the most outstanding experience was with the front desk lady who assisted us during check-in. She went above and beyond— not only did she handle the check-in smoothly, but she also helped us with charging our electric car when we faced an issue with the charger. She contacted another hotel and arranged everything for us in the most professional and kind manner. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but I truly hope this message reaches her, as she was the highlight of our stay. Thank you to the entire hotel team. We look forward to staying with you again soon.

Breakfast was really great. Like really really. And we already tried so so many accommodation around Garda Lake. Various options. Fresh fruit. Fresh juice. Good coffee. Freshly made eggs any style. Location was great. We spent here just one night, but enjoyed it. Our view wasn't great. But we booked the cheapest room. So we knew. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. We liked our short stay very much.
