Everyone looking to visit Pienza, this is the place for you! First of all, location wise: 1 minute walk away from Pienza's historical center, which you cannot enter with a car because of the ZTL restriction. Luckily, GARAGE47 offers you FREE private parking! As for the place itself: Very well designed, with every detail taken into consideration by the owners. The owners were in touch with us since well before we arrived using WhatsApp and made sure everything was to our liking, including what type of pillows we liked and more. Very comfortable bed and fancy shower, TV with Netflix and of course an excellent breakfast offering the best ingredients that can be found in Pienza!

The rooms are fantastic! They are almost brand new with a huge free parking lot outside. Next to a good restaurant and around 5 minutes' walk to the historic town. The best part is the breakfast! They provide the best breakfast ever, with homemade jam (don't miss it), local cheese, and ham, as well as tons of choices. The outside table was made and so pretty. The best way to enjoy the morning in Pienza

Taps, sink, shower are to us, quirky. Don’t think it would matter to most.

Brilliant conversion of a former industrial building, very comfortable with a large bedroom (huge bed) and shower room. The plumbing wouldn’t be our choice but is functional. The owners are great, very friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided is superb with lots of choice. Pienza is a great place to stay with gorgeous narrow streets and very old buildings, lovely to wander around. Not far to other gorgeous hill villages and having spacious parking on site is really handy.

Maurizio! And all his family we met! Very comfortable property - the bedroom, the reception breakfast area and garden. Location is convenient and peaceful. Enjoyed the breakfast very much. The garage themed decor and fixtures are artistic, sleek, and unique. Parking is spacious, secure and on property. This is a special bed and breakfast.

Great modern design and concept. Very clean and the place offers a parking space which was so comfortable. The host Maurizio was amazing. In the morning he bakes the pastries and offers a nice selection of local cheeses, salami, cherry tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil, different kind of jams and local honey. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved this place. Excellent communication prior to arrival, and the super friendly Anna was amazing throughout our stay. The location is perfect for visiting Pienza by foot or a short drive to other towns in Val D'Orcia. The bed is comfortable and large, bathroom facilities clean and modern and the room even had a couch to relax on. Breakfast was excellent, and catered to our special dietary requirements (a much appreciated special touch!). We would have liked to stay longer, and would definitely come back in the future.

Mattia and his uncle were very friendly and helpful throughout my short stay. I spent just one night there — the facilities were modern and complete, and the interior design was stylish and cool. When I asked if I could have a packed breakfast for my 6am departure, they kindly arranged it without hesitation. Pienza is such a beautiful little town — it’s a shame I didn’t have more time to explore. I’d love to come back and stay longer next time!
