The departure hours are not comfortable. 9.00 in the morning is too early. A kettle in the room would be perfect.

Before arrival, we received clear instruction on how to get into the apartment. We registered online, downloaded our documents and paid a tourist fee. The room was clean, rather simple, but for a short stay, it was absolutely OK. The metro is close to the apartment. It is a direct line to the centre.

There was mold in the bathroom near the mirror. The mattress didn't have a fitted sheet, so every time we moved at all, the mattress was exposed. The blanket was actually just a sheet as well. Although the shower had a shower head and a moveable wand, only the shower head worked. The parking coming at a fee would have been nice to know about ahead of time. The number of signs saying that we were not welcome outside or if we had more trash than fit in the trash can, made it seem a little hostile.

There was parking available not too far from the room. The location was great!

The whole place has a little interior space and the extractor hood in the bathroom, must run for cyrcle the air and the noise of that is frustrating when you want to sleep at night, as well the main door open and close sound. Othervise we didn't meet other problem.

No usable windows in the unit, and no smoking on the property including the courtyard, means we had to go out to the street at night, not the most comfortable experience. Milan traffic makes this almost 30 minutes from the city center.

Problem with the internet, I managed to connect but no internet was. I contacted the property on booking but didn't received any answer about my problem. Also there was no dishes, glasses nor forks or spoons.

It was very easy to find, the instructions to access where very clear. The room was very clean, it had clean towels. It was about 10 min walk from metro station. It was quiet in that area and easy to sleep.

For some reason, it was very humid and the humidity stays in the room. It was hard to get to contact the property. The first day was complicated. We had to go through 3 different doors with 3 different locks. They did not specify which of the rooms we were in. We could not find the AC remote and they did not reply. We found out we had to use a step stool to manually start the AC while we cannot change the temperature either. They said they will be available from a certain time but we had a few questions and they never replied even through Whatsapp, call and through booking.com.

It was very clean. Location is close to a station with the main line going to Downtown. It's a quant little area just in the outskirts of Downtown. There are nice places such as restaurants and the store just 15 minutes away walking. Soap was provided. It's small and perfect for couples or solo travelers for the price. There was a very nice man who lived above us to lets us through the main hall. Towels and soap are provided with comfy bed. But not the ac remote lol. Hairdryers are too.

There were no curtains/ blinds to cover the light coming in from the street lamps at night.

Breakfast was not included. The location was nice and convenient, very near the metro station. Quiet at night.

Room was too small and has not had the some basics. In the room we stayed in, the fresh air flow from outside was not enough because the window was also too small.

The process to enter to the room it´s impossible if you don´t have internet conection, which for a traveler it´s not always possible. Also the check in it´s very late, compared with other hotels. Finally, you miss that there is no one in the reception to ask for help or recomendations.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff tended to respond quickly via Booking message.

I didn't like the noise of the main door (of the building) and that i could hear people from another apartment. And i think that it would be great to have refrigerator in the apartment.

I liked the option of self check in and how the apartment was clean and warm. Also i liked the location, it's so simple to go to the center. And the smell of the building was so beautiful 😍.

I can’t turn radiator on. It won’t turn on despite advice of host. Only once, the building door won’t open . The paper on the door says push to open but actually pull to open. It also won’t open despite advice of the host. Other guests opened the door for me. I truly recommend this hostel those who get used to European style residence.

The location is just one train ride to Duomo Milan. As for the room, it was big and clean. Just a suggestion and if it's not too much to ask, maybe you can put 1 bottled water before check-in

A bit loud from some other doors in the building and the curtains in our room didn't fit the windows so we felt a lack of privacy.
