Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I love Hotel Galleria, I sat with my window open and watched the gondolas and other vessels moving along the canal. Even spent the morning watching Emily in Paris being filmed on the other side of the canal. Great location and great staff. I look forward to my next stay.

The welcome, the quality of the decor, all with a view out onto the free flowing canal - We pinched ourselves - cicadas from the garden across the canal, were accompanied by a saxaphone player into the evening, the swash of boats - vaporetto and gondala to and fro against the private stone landing below lulling us, whilst we sat drinking tea. We sat by the wide stone window sill and soaked it in. A window on the world of Venice. Peaceful, but in the heart of accademia, with the wooden arching bridge and galleries to either side. Precious spot. Thank you for sharing,

Wonderful place in the heart of Venice, communication is perfect, whether to go by boat or walk around the central part of Venice.
