It is a bit of a mountain goat experience to get your luggage to the accommodation. A small mini fridge would be a welcome addition.

The room would be perfect if it had a fridge. There was a microwave in the common area but there were no plates to be able to use the microwave.

The location is very close to the port and the center. The check in and check out procedures are super easy and convenient. The room looks very pretty, the bed is comfortable.

The WIFI signal was extremely weak which was disappointing when I unfortunately was unable to get any kind of phone signal in Genoa. The first two nights the WiFi worked brilliantly but then on the the third night it stopped working which meant I had no way of contacting family and friends or researching where we needed to go the following day.

I would have loved a small fridge in the room. I also did not know where I could change towels, and I would also like if they had some place where I could store my bag/luggage on the final day, so that I could pick it up before departing for the airport. not to many socket so an extension cord would be a good idea.

Very clean, comfy, superb location, easy check in, everything you would need for a two-night stay. I loved the extra bottle of water in the room and the espresso capsules.

We chose the hotel among others also because check-in was available at 13:00. When booking, we notified that we wanted to check in 13.00. When we arrived, it turned out that our room was not ready yet. We asked the girl preparing the rooms if we could leave our suitcases and take the key to the room. She said that we could leave our suitcases, but there was only one key to the room and so we could not take it. Then we asked how long she would prepare the room so that we could come while she was still there, since otherwise the room with our things would remain open and our things would be available to anyone. The girl said that she would be at least another hour. We left our things and went for a walk, returned to the hotel exactly an hour later. The girl was gone and our suitcases were freely accessible. This upset us a little. In the bathroom, water was constantly dripping from the overhead shower. There are two metal pins sticking out of the false fireplace, which may be unsafe for families with children who may get hurt by them.

The hotel is located in the city center, a 20-minute walk from the train station and 30 minutes from the port. Contactless check-in, you must have Internet access to check in. The room is on the 5th floor in a building with an elevator. The room is large, bright and clean. The bathroom is comfortable. The room has a coffee maker and coffee, TV, and air conditioning. We liked the hotel and would gladly stay there again if our wishes were taken into account.

The only problem is you need to have connectivity the first time you enter the building. This created a problem for me arriving from Australia without local internet. Maybe a barcode that could be scanned at the airport or somewhere nearby with internet and photographed and then used at the main door?

Good location, not far from train station Genova Principle, Aquarium and the Old port. Very clean and comfortable apartment, excellent for stay with the kids. 24h check in/out. Store near by and nice restaurants. Highly recommend ristorante Tabarca.

The small sign at the address and the fact that if someone else did not close the lift door properly, you were in for a five story walk - up or down!

Not a deal breaker, but maybe it would be better if there were 2 more pillows on the bed (the current ones were a little flat).

A very cozy place that has everything you need. The flat is very near various sights and other important places (transport, restaurants and supermarkets). But the neighborhood is quiet so you don't need to deal with nighttime disturbances. The self-checkin went seamlessly - the instructions provided were clear so we did not have any issue during check-in. The team is also always available via Whatsapp.

The location is near the train station. The room is big and clean. The bathroom is clean and a very good shower. Self check- in worked well and there is an elevator and aircondition. I can rekommend it.

Great location next to train station, rooms are well organized and spacy, it was easy to communicate with hosts. They provided a bottle of water in the room for us, a small but good detail. They have funny doors for bathroom you can watch your beloved ones when they do the job ;)

The A&C could be better. Stairs to the elevator are a bit uncomfortable.

The shower was leaking a bit and there was no hot water the first night. The elevator does not work, if someone does not close properly the door from it, so you will have to climb to the fifth floor yourself. Unfortunately, there was no fridge in the room, so we had to put everything on the wardrobe and cool it with air conditioning.

Perfect location for visiting the main places in Genoa. Big TV, fast Internet, shower radio, nice soap, large pillows, lighting.
