Super close to the centre

Very good location - close to the historical city centre and to the station. Very good air con - it was the main bonus in +36! Nice clean room, very clean shared bathroom.

Getting to the property is only possible via calling the host. The check-in time was different on different sources (booking / message / note on the door / different message - varied from starting from 12pm to 4pm). Nothing of it was a big issue for us but may be for other travellers.

- AC in the room is really good, it does get pretty cold, so I asked for a warmer blanket the next day and they got one for me. - location is amazing! not that far from the train station and close to old city center and the colosseum - room is large - neighborhood was quiet and safe - self check-in was easy - they gave towels for use - clean - I would stay here again

- no private bathroom, bathroom was in the hallway and is shared between 3-4 rooms - since it's a self check-in, there is no place to store bags before check-in and after check-out. They were kind enough to let me store my bag after check-out for a few hours but I had to be back by a specific time to get my bags (when the cleaning person was leaving). Luckily there is a nicely shaded park near the B&B, so I stayed there with my bags until I had to leave for my train. - price is quite high for not having other amenities (ie. luggage storage, free breakfast) offered, but all the cheaper options had really poor ratings and reviews or the location was too far away. I guess that is the standard rate for Verona.

There was constant noise the entire night either from the AC unit or from neighbouring rooms. The bed was extremely uncomfortable it was itchy. The towels felt like they have been used for a decade, they were rough on the skin and terrible

The location was ideal. The shared bathroom was clean, well stocked and the shower was warm. Also the room was a good size.i booked it very last second and the process was smooth to do so and show up immediately.

You're supposed to call when you get in but the number doesn't work so even though it doesn't say so, you gave to try and message those numbers. The pillows were completely flat. The bed sank in the middle and smelled of body odour even before I got in it, and today I have bite marks from bed bugs last night. Oh, and the neighbor decided to have a full conversation at 3:30am right outside my door.

Nice location - in a few minutes in old town! also the host was welcoming! the bed was really comfortable!!

wasn't really tidy - it smelled like perfume and smoke and the bathroom was also a bit old and smelled! 95€ for one night was really too much, but i got it last minute so it was ok!

Perfect location to see an event at the arena, host was nice. AC was very much appreciated and the bed was comfy

Good location Rooms we’re comfortable with very good air conditioning. In the dorms there are stairs up to bed so good for less able people and lots of space!

Kitchen was very useless. Basically only a fridge. Staff were a bit rude and not very helpful. Our bathroom was not in our room (out of order) so we had to use a ‘public’ one that was always occupied.

The location was excellent and the attention of my hot was remarkable

There were nothing but towels in the room, maybe a couple of bottles of water and a kettle could be a plus

Room was very spacious so it was a bathroom inside the room. I had also a terrace with a nice view. When I went a room AC was already working and it was nice (outside was pretty hot). The lady let me in before check-in. It is really close to Arena and walking distance from train station.

It could be a little bit cleaner.

Excellent loication in the old city, 5 min. walk to Arena.

No kettle in the room.
