You're supposed to call when you get in but the number doesn't work so even though it doesn't say so, you gave to try and message those numbers. The pillows were completely flat. The bed sank in the middle and smelled of body odour even before I got in it, and today I have bite marks from bed bugs last night. Oh, and the neighbor decided to have a full conversation at 3:30am right outside my door.

The location was ideal. The shared bathroom was clean, well stocked and the shower was warm. Also the room was a good size.i booked it very last second and the process was smooth to do so and show up immediately.

Bathroom outside the room. There was a small favor I asked of the staff. At the time, I noticed that the windows weren’t well insulated and kindly requested an extra blanket, since it was cold (at least for me). I was told they would see if they could bring one, but in the end, I got no response and no blanket. To me, it seemed like a simple request, but I received no reply. When I tried to turn on the air conditioner, it didn’t work. Result: I was cold all night.

The floor in the bathroom and shower felt kinda sticky, no hook to put your towel and clothes in the bathroom, couldn’t figure out how to open the front door from the inside

I booked for a single room with private bathroom, but was not specified that the bathroom is not in the room but in the aisle: everytime I would need to use the bathroom I had to take my beuty case and clothes, lock my room, walk to the bathroom, open the bathroom, lock it and than all of it again and all the way back to the room. I paid over five hundred euros for two nights, absolutely insane.

Getting into the place was kind of confusing. I was concerned about the host asking for passport documents through WhatsApp. I wish I had understood this was procedure prior to getting to location. There is no lobby. You have to contact host via phone.

Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of space for our luggage. The 2nd floor was wonderful.

Host wasn’t very clear about parking. She told us we could park anywhere for free, that no one comes to check, but also told us we could pay €1 if we wanted. Also, we couldn’t really park “anywhere” due to there being a lot of garage doors and also reserved parking for other hotels on the same street. The private bathroom was outside of our room, which didn’t bother us too much, but it also wasn’t the best news to hear when you were expecting a private bathroom in your room :)). Would be much appreciated if this was written in the description of the place

Close to coffee spots and restaurants. Host was very helpful from start to finish. Good place to stay at if you care more about seeing the city than where you’re sleeping at night

Doors and windows to corridor are not good. When people was walking outside o my room I listened everything. Was not a problem to me because I was alone and only one night, but only 1 toilette in the floor makes everything much difficult. I was taking a shower and it was outside someone complaining because he/she needed to use the toilette.

The room it was big and clean. The place it was very quite so it was more and less possible to sleep well. Get the keys was difficult. The location is was good in my case because I didn´t expected nothing in the city center, but between the train station and the main monuments.

No wi-fi - it was available but wasn't working. Others also had problems. Problems with the lock to the room - always needed to open or close it with both hands and sometimes with a few tries. It was a bit stressfull - once it took me 15 minutes to get out of the room. I had a separate bathroom but it was outside the room - it's really annoying when you have to leave the room and take keys when you go to the bathroom.

Localization is great! It was nice to have a tv at room. Balcony is lovely. AC works well.

It was a bit old-fashioned, and I wouldn’t say super clean. There was no soap for the bidet.

The details for the key handover were not that clear. Despite saying any suitable ID would do she then insisted on passports - luckily we had those. She also seemed thrown by the fact the other couple we had booked with were arrriving separately.

The room was larger than we expected and the ensuite was more than adequate. There were no frills but it was a great location and considering the price was very good value.
