The photos don't match the place at all. They rooms are not decorated , there is not a balcony, the room is beside the bathroom and smelled to pee during the whole time.

It wasn’t well publicised when making the booking that the room didn’t have a private bathroom. While the shared bathrooms were clean and had all the basic necessities, for the price, I expected a private bathroom, as it wasn’t made clear that the room had a shared bathroom.

The room was nice and spacious. It was clean as well as the rest of the facilities. The host made it very easy to check in and was also very attentive via message. The apartment is around 15/20 minute walk to the centre of Verona, so pretty convenient.

this is a self check in, which I didn't expect, the room was not what I expected or at least not from the picture, and the bathroom was separate.

Not like the pictures. VERY NOISY. VERY! you can hear every neighbor walking, every car on the street and of course, the upstairs renovation at 8 am on a Monday. The bathroom didn’t have soup in the shower, had to use the sink soap while in the shower soaking wet. The place can be more clean. Super early check out.

My flight from Torino was cancelled so had to come here for the night. For the price, it’s ok. Good building, easy access. Not bad bed and room size.

Very basic room. The mattress was very firm. The bed frame seemed loose and made loud grinding/squeaking noises every time I moved, so I was worried about disturbing people in the next room. The bedroom and bathroom door hinges also made a noise when opened. I could also hear people talking in the next room.

The apartment is located next to a busy road and is not soundproof at all. The distance from the train station was about 15 minutes by walking, which for us was a lot. Also, the bed was weird as in the center of it, it was sort of sinking .

Very late check in and early check out. Walls are very thin - the staff were there on check in but spent 4 hours yelling on the phone. The festival across the road was very loud and went late. The second day no one was there for new guests checking in so they kept buzzing to get in. The cleaning staff didn’t seem to care for guests, they spent hours slamming furniture against the walls as they cleaned vacant rooms. Lots of empty draws and cupboards which could easily be replaced but a communal or individual fridges, cups, cutlery and plates.

Air conditioning was good and the bed was pretty comfortable. Reasonably clean. Location was good, only 15 minutes to the city centre and there was a good and music festival in the park across the road.

The check-in process is a little too complicated. You need to call the host on whatsapp and they will guide you through the phone call and I think it's really inconvinient because as a tourist you might not have a sim card. This actually happened to another guest and we had to give him our phone, so he would be able to check in. Why not just send all these instructions on whatsapp in a text is a mystery to me. And the other thing - there are no cups or glasses in the room and there is no option to borrow them anywhere (we asked the host), so keep that in mind if you want to drink something.

The locationis quite good - quiet and not far from the train station. The room and the bathtoom were also clean and quite spacious. There was also a balcony, and for the price it's a good stay.

The atmosphere was horrible, it didn't feel cozy. The lock of my door worked, but it looked like it was replaced and there was a hole, so not really a private room because if I would make a sound, people in the hallway could hear me. The area wasn't nice, it looked like the city had died out. The centre wasn't far though, but I didn't want to go home late because I was not feeling super safe in that area.

It was available and affordable. I had my own room.

Not a single glass for water or cup for a cofee Not tv , fridge, kitchen ...as i can see in the booking ...but even so... will be nice to have ..at 80 euro per night and plus 14 tax for 2 days...in viena at that money i received a design room with bath and Tv near to the Hauptbahnhof
