Nice, comfortable room with balcony, amazing host, we felt really good there right from the beginning. Very clean and nice, and the price is also good. We are very satisfied

A more straightforward check-in experience would be nicer (without calling). Also difficult to get out of the building and the premises, you have to push certain buttons, the host told us but we forgot anyway. Maybe would be nice to put clear signs.

I liked that we could park with no fee in front of the place. The bathrooms appeared to be clean.

The hosts were kind of rude to us. We found strands of hair on our bedsheets, which implies that they were not clean. The place doesn't have a kitchen.

Good accomodation and attentive host, he speaks English and provides all the instructions. It was a pleasure to stay here, I booked it last minute and the host messaged me right after. The room and bathroom were clean. Wifi was strong, around 100mbps. It is situated close to the railway station. The only thing that lack for me was a fridge or a small kitchen, but overall it's a good deal.

Location was very close to the train station, room was everything I needed.

The bathroom was clean but obvious signs of wear and tear. Also, the walls are very thin so any noise from neighbouring guests can be heard loud and clear.

It was a little hard to know if I was in the right place.

It's one of the cheapest places to stay in Verona (not saying it's cheap, just that in Verona stays are more expensive than in most towns in Italy)

We were in about 10 cities in 5 countries and this was the worst place where we stayed. Check in is late at 4 pm, they have space to storage luggage but when we asked the answer has a hard No, we arrived at 4:40 pm, no instructions on which building it was, the lady who met us (Cristina) didn't even greet us, she just very rudely said we had to wait, turns out our room was ready but it was more important for her to finish doing who knows what for another room than to do it after we'd checked in so we could start exploring the town (we were there for only one night). There is no kitchen or anything like it in the apartment, the room is meh, just a bed, definitely not worth the price. Honestly we wouldn't have cared if this lady hadn't been so rude, if you don't like people maybe send someone else to deal with guests.
