Instructions on where to leave the keys after checkout was a bit confusing

The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center and many major attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with fresh linens and towels provided. It was also well-equipped with for example a kettle, fridge. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the kindness of the host. I accidentally left my bag on a bus, and unfortunately, the apartment keys were inside. I was really stressed, but the host was incredibly understanding. He didn’t charge me anything for the lost keys and reassured me by saying it was no big deal. His helpful attitude made a huge difference and turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Highly recommend staying here!

It was getting very cold at night and the air conditioner didn’t work properly. The soap in the bathroom had water in it.

I loved the fact that it was very clean and close to supermarkets, termini train station, metro and bus stations. It was very easy to check in and out.

Unpleasant smell from the plumbing in the bathroom, even with the door closed. Smelt like sewage before we used it. The exhaust fan didn't work well in the bathroom either. This isn't a hotel, it's a private room/accommodation in an apartment (I didn't realise this upon booking). Uncomfortable bed, very hard and springy mattress (needs a mattress topper).

Friendly host, greeted us on arrival and showed us into the room. The air con was a must in the summer (it was almost 40°c our entire stay), definitely necessary to our stay. Private bathroom is appreciated. The room was clean when we entered. Great central location

This is a great property very central location and the host was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Rome and be in walking distance of a majority of the sights.

it was not very clean and there was a constant sour smell, the towels smelled like cigarettes and there was hair and dust everywhere

There was really bad smell out of a bathroom, equipment was older and light in the bathroom wasn´t working. The room was in a flat with several separated rooms with shared small kitchen on the hallway. We had window on the side of very busy street and heard noise all day and night. Im sorry, but I would not come again.

It was easy to find, near to Termini station and well marked from the street. The owner was nice and had send me all instructions via WhatsApp. We had found keys in a box, there was no problem with code

The door didn’t shut unless it was locked. The ladies or whoever wanted to enter the room for random reasons. There was a random remote but no tv or anything.

The staff wasnt clear, they told us we can leave our bags until our next train and at the next day they tell us not so we had to chance our plans. The issue is they´re not clear and make us loose time.
