The "check-in" could be a lot better. The instructions make sense in hindsight but didn't make sense immediately on the day as I only received them when I was standing outside the front door. The breakfast is what it is only so that calling it a B&B would not be a lie.

The room is clean, comfortable, and has a sea view. There are also shared kitchen amenities. For that part of Salerno, it's a good location, with the beach and parking across the street

A very good place to combine relax on the beach and Amalfi Coast trips. The room is clean, spacious and has everything you need for comfortable stay. There is always a mini breakfast: coffee, croissant, toast, jam and juice (everything is packed) and you can use the fully equipped kitchen. I recommend a room with sea view. Colorful sunsets make this place unforgettable))

We couldn’t use the balcony due to construction on the building. We weren’t informed of the construction until 48 hours before check in and we weren’t able to get a refund to book somewhere else if we wanted. The construction started at 7am each day and was very loud. There is no receptionist on site so it is more like an airbnb than a traditional bnb. The host was helpful via the phone but we had a lot of trouble getting taxis and we had no way to call a taxi ourselves. It is far from the Salerno train station, so if you are traveling by train, make sure you figure out how to use the buses or get a taxi number to get to the hotel. It was a little hard to find the hotel as there is no visible sign.

The room is so cute! Great value for money. Right across from the beach. There was tea, coffee, and a few snacks. You have access to a full kitchen which is a great bonus. AC in the room.

The responsible for the room was not in the reception, so I had to wait a lot to enter in the room and he didn´t receive me to do the check-out. And there isn´t easy transport to go to the trips and no help of the responsible to give tips to go to places.

We were charged €9 for one night city tax for three people, which is supposed to be €1.50 per person per night. Although, booking.com states this and so it could have been in error. The shower is extremely weak and to be honest I think I've cried faster than that shower in the past.

The view from the property was lovely. It's on a main road, but still pretty quiet inside. There's a complimentary snack breakfast provided, which is perfect for a stopover, but not substantial enough if you're staying a few days. The rooms are spacious too. Nearby, there are plenty of places to eat and drink, with a main strip that runs parallel behind it. The hosts also let us check-in early as our plans had changed, so this was great.

Bed was very uncomfortable and a cockroqch joined us in the morning 🙈. Area around isn't very pleasant at all. Our least favourite stay of our 5 night stay in Italy.

No kettle couldn't make tea that would be a good addition. no breakfast they put out continental breakfast basket which only one of us liked as gift as breakfast not included although it said might not be due to Covid but really can't use that excuse for ever so expected to get breakfast

The view was the best bit also hearing sea each day was amazing. There was help with local places.

I didn’t Like that the cleaning ladies were coming every single morning to knock on the door even tho I Said I dont want cleaning service. They spoke no english . Also the bathroom was outside of my Room and I got locked out once Cus I went to bathroom and left the Keys in my Room and Doors closed on their own and get locked without Keys so I Had to ask some other guest there to help me open with his key thank god he managed otherwise I wouldve slept in the kitchen Cus the host doesn’t understand much english and barely repliied to Any of my messages just once at the beginning and he wrote me in Italian. Also when I needed to check in he didnt even send me check i. Details until I came in front of the apartment and my Taxi driver called him Cus I dont have Italian number. The apartment itself was clean but I didn’t Like it.

I liked that ita close to the beach and there was some Market or shop around it.

What's not to like, great view of the ocean, swimming beach right outside, fantastic host, superb restaurants close by. The host told us about spectacular beaches near by. Beds comfy, awesome coffee machine and small kitchen outside the room to make snacks. All round excellent experience. Clean and comfy with a lift. Local shops nearby. Did I mention how awesome the host is?

The road noise can be a bit disturbing

We had a pleasant stay! The staff was a true gentleman and very helpful throughout our visit. There’s a free parking area right in front of the premises, which was very convenient. The price-to-value ratio is excellent, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. But also The property offers a comfortable stay with a wonderful view, adding to its charm. One thing to note: the name of the house is not written on the building, so make sure to follow the instructions provided by the host. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained.
