Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsThe apartment is well fitted and was always kept clean. In a safe quiet neighbourhood with cafes, bakeries, pharmacies & a decent size supermarket all within a short walk. Buses and trams to the city centre are nearby and very frequent. This apartment is an excellent location, price / quality match and a welcoming helpful host. Highly recommended.

Awesome clean and comfortable apartment with three rooms, bathroom and kitchen. It is very clean and quiet located a bit out of the center but within a walking distance to the train station (15 mins) and historic centre (20-30 mins). Frank is great and helpful host. Note that the apartment is shared, you are booking one room not the entire apartment.

JapanThe location of this hotel is a little bit far away from Padova station. We can walk from Padova station to the hotel but we may purchase Padova bus/tram pass ticket of 1, 2, 5 days. The way of entering this apartment seems to be difficult when you arrive at the hotel for the first time. In summer, a room is very warm because there is only one air conditioner on the corridor outside each room.
Fridge, kitchen, and laundromat are available. This hotel is a kind of shared apartment with three rooms. The owner, Frank, is very friendly.

Big, clean room. Friendřly and extremely helpful host. The interior is newly renovated with a kitchen and bathroom. All cooking uterils are available. Washing machine, stove, refrigerator all there. There is a supermarket nearby.The houses in the neighborhood are nice with flower trees. Frank, the host offers ride to guest at low cost if needed. He made my stay very pleasant and he gave me recommendations on where to go for sim card and visit. I took the train and spent a day at Verona. I stayed 3 nights and had a lovely stay.
